Clients should be making choices, with assistance, as much as possible and in as many different areas of their lives as they can. Using skills and techniques of artistic expression consistent with PLAYDAY guidelines, the Instructor guides children through their creative journey, sharing tidbits of artistic passion and art history along the way. The Instructor strives to be a positive, creative and and upbeat role model for all children. Responsibilities: Plan and develop engaging art classes and projects in accordance to PLAYDAYs class offerings and schedule. Communicate and present class content/project to the manager for approval prior the class. Suggest and propose ideas for specific art projects in accordance to PLAYDAYs curriculum. Led, teach and instruct children various creative art classes and projects at onsite and offsite locations (e.g., park, school, etc.). Prepare for art projects by setting up class and materials in a timely manner. Keep the children engaged / focused on an art project, homework, or any other relevant activity.
