The Department of Finance in the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor of Finance, to start in Fall 2026. Applications from candidates in all areas of finance are welcome.

This salary range is for a nine-month academic appointment. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including years since terminal degree; training; field or discipline; budget availability; internal equity; and external market pay for comparable jobs. Salaries higher than the published maximums may be offered in limited circumstances.

Position Summary
The UIC School of Public Health is seeking two full-time instructional faculty to support our newly developed, fully online, asynchronous Master of Public Health (MPH) Generalist Concentration and online, asynchronous Public Health Foundations Certificate Program. Courses are taught in 8-week terms, and faculty are expected to teach 7-8 courses per calendar year, including practicum and capstone teaching/advising. Responsibilities include course development, teaching, student supervision/advising of capstone projects, and participation in concentration-, divisional-, and/or School-level service. * Proximity to the Chicago area to enable working with UIC instructional designers, in our media development studio, on course material development, student meetings, and college-level service.

Job Summary:
Full-time teaching faculty provide instruction aligned with the college's strategic goals and evaluate students' progress to facilitate achievement of their educational goals.
In addition to the , faculty members teaching in grant supported programs are required to adhere and to comply with all provisions, qualifications, policies, and procedures set forth in the grant. In the event that the grant requirements contradict or add to the , the requirements of the grant will take precedence. This provision shall not be used to shift administrative responsibilities to the faculty member.
Further, the Vice President of Teaching, Learning and Student Development agrees to meet and discuss grant requirements with the Association President and/or Association representatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1, Master's degree in the discipline or in a related discipline with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline.
2. Knowledge of business principles, theories, and practices in areas like communications, management, business ethics, and entrepreneurship

Essential Duties:
1. Deliver Instruction.
a. Promote culturally responsive instructional practices.

We are particularly interested in individuals with expertise in data analytics who can contribute to instruction in data analytic techniques in multiple industries (sports, healthcare) and business functions (accounting, marketing, human resources). Responsibilities/Duties
The successful candidate will be expected to:
