We are looking for a skilled Diagnostic Radiologist to read all modalities and join a close-knit group of five. Breast imaging is not required. Musculoskeletal fellowship or ability to read musculoskeletal is a plus.

The Manager Hospital Revenue Integrity is responsible for managing daily revenue integrity operations within assigned hospitals or physician enterprise service lines. This includes overseeing charge capture and reconciliation processes, coordinating billing and coding compliance, and leading initiatives that enhance financial performance. Serving as the key connection between clinical, operational, and finance teams, this role ensures consistent application of revenue integrity practices and supports both proactive and retrospective financial improvement initiatives.
The Manager also plays a dual role by providing financial and analytical insight, identifying trends, investigating variances, and developing recommendations that improve revenue performance. The position contributes directly to system-level initiatives and maintains a close working relationship with hospital/physician operations and Finance Directors.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue integrity, financial analysis, or healthcare operations.
Experience with charge capture, CDM, billing/coding, denials, and healthcare reimbursement methodologies.
Prior experience in hospital or physician revenue cycle strongly preferred.
Skills & Proficiencies:
Strong understanding of hospital/professional billing and coding standards (MS-DRG, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.

The Hospital Revenue Integrity Specialist is responsible for evaluating charges for hospital claims against clinical documentation to identify missing, incorrect, or late charges. * Recommend system optimization to capture frequently missed or incorrect charges.
Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years in Revenue Integrity, coding, charge entry, or billing (hospital setting preferred). Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10 coding. Cardiology experience is a plus. AHIMA or AAPC certification is preferred.

* Proactively identify revenue generating opportunities or risks, researches and reports on payor market trends at the local and national level.
* Routinely develop, review and analyze statistical, cost, and financial reports for complex payor contracts.
* Data mine provider and payor financial and operational data for analysis. Define the necessary data elements required for the project.
* Perform testing on complex payor claims to ensure accuracy and compliance to contract terms
* Verification of payor rate schedule updates for compliance to contract terms. Educate and communicate payor methodology and/or rate changes to the appropriate internal UPMC entities and/or department staff
* Completion of all hospital, physician and mid-level provider credentialing with government, commercial, and managed care payors.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years progressive experience in healthcare setting may be substituted for degree.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in a medical billing office, with two (2) years of managed care and/or credentialing experience.
Working Knowledge: Professional verbal and written communication skills. Medical terminology and medical insurance knowledge required. Knowledge of managed care/insurance contracts. Knowledge of business office procedures. Proven organization skills needed. Knowledge of health care industry. Excellent Customer Service background.

Responsibilities
