Position Summary Trideum is seeking a highly experienced Operational Testing (OT) Senior Military Analyst to lead capability development for the Advancing Operational Test Infrastructure (AOTI) program in support of the U.S. Army Operational Test Command (OTC). This role shapes next-generation digital tools, workflows, and systems that modernize how the Army plans, executes, and assesses operational testing in Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) environments. The ideal candidate blends deep Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) experience with systems engineering, software integration, and the ability to conceptualize innovative solutions that directly support Soldier-focused test outcomes. This position will work from Trideum s office in Killeen, TX with occasional remote work as the project allows. This position may require travel up to 25% of the time. What You ll Do Lead and contribute to systems engineering efforts ensuring AOTI capabilities support operational test workflows, data lineage, and evaluation needs. Derive, refine, and trace requirements aligned to user needs, mission threads, and operational scenarios. Partner with UX researchers, SE&I staff, and developers to translate operational needs into actionable system concepts. Assess existing OT requirements and recommend refinements based on doctrine, processes, and emerging Army modernization needs. Provide OT&E training, mentorship, and SME support to product owners and development teams. Support MBSE activities including model development, architecture definition, and digital traceability. Coordinate with program leadership to prioritize technical objectives, schedule alignment, and roadmap execution. Participate in agile scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, story estimation, and daily workflow reporting. Manage system interface requirements and support data architecture alignment with Live, Virtual, and Constructive Distributed Live, Virtual, & Constructive (D-LVC) processes. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Aviation, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related technical discipline. Minimum 10 years experience in DoD Operational Test and Evaluation. Experience with LVC or MDO test/training environments. Experience with system architecture definition, requirements decomposition, and alignment to operational concepts. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. US citizenship with an active Secret security clearance, the eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance. Desired Qualifications Active DoD Secret clearance preferred Hands-on experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo or Enterprise Architect. Familiarity with cyber assessment, network security, and MITRE ATT&CK. Experience with DoD software development environments and DevSecOps. Knowledge of TENA, gateway systems, or interoperability frameworks.
