The C5I Systems Military Analyst provides system-focused support to U.S. Navy CONUS and OCONUS fleet concentration areas. Fleet Technical members provide recommendations to "real-time" readiness issues as well as design specifications, procedures, policies, and ship alterations review in support of the Navy.
As part of an exclusive team, you will work closely with NAVSEA Cognizant Engineers, Technical Community and Type Commanders (TYCOMS). The team enhances NAVSEA'S mission of Fleet Technical Readiness support by providing focused support to in-service ships combat systems C5I issues in planning, coordination, and execution of ship modernization initiatives in alignment with the Navy Modernization Process Management and Operations Manual (NMP-MOM). This role ensures compliance with established governance, configuration management, and modernization milestones to deliver operational improvements efficiently and effectively and an understanding of Navy Modernization Process principles and documents to provide both the technical approval and execution perspective, ensuring the Fleet attains its goal of assessing life-cycle sustainment cost and performance ensuring government accountability for sustainment efforts. Minimal travel is expected.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Support the Navy SCD Modernization Process Management and Operations Manual (NMP-MOM) to ensure compliance with established governance, configuration and modernization efforts.
+ Provide primarily C5I material readiness support to combatant and amphibious U.S. Navy ships, both CONUS and OCONUS, in execution of Readiness Evaluations as a representative of NAVSEA.
+ Support the review, and refinement of the Ship Change Document (SCD) per the Navy Modernization Process (NMP) utilizing the Navy Data Environment (NDE) website.
+ Prepare and process tracking spreadsheets to reflect current implementation status and facilitate milestone reporting for modernization schedules and deliverables.
+ Ensure modernization tracking practices align with Navy Modernization Process Management and Operation(NMP-MOM) standards and Navy governance boards.
+ Collaborate with engineering teams to validate technical requirements and integration plans.

+ Interact directly with the Technical Community in planning and prioritizing maintenance and modernization efforts, which will lead to material improvement.
+ Provide written assessments of material condition, C5I/combat system readiness, preparation of PowerPoint Briefs, Excel Spreadsheets to track ships progress in support of the Fleet.
+ Make improvement recommendations and participate in Technical Meetings to capture meeting minutes, comments, concerns, Lessons Learned.
+ Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and metrics summarizing modernization process performance and improvement initiatives for leadership decision-making.
**To be successful in this role, you will have:**
+ Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ 5+ years relevant work experience.
+ In some cases, educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 10 years of documented hands-on Navy shipboard AEGIS / C5I experience or shipboard applicable military work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable Naval experience for positions involving new technology.
+ 2+ at sea tours hands-on experience with AEGIS and C5I.
+ Experience with Combat System C5I System Maintenance and Repair schdules.

This position combines business development, customer service excellence, and operational coordination to ensure seamless NGO customer and partnership experiences from initial engagement through order fulfillment.
The position will also support the work of multiple senior management roles focused on building new opportunities to expand distribution of Edesia's life-saving foods through coalition building and leadership in malnutrition treatment, prevention, research, and innovation. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Direct NGO Partnership Development (50%)
Identify, cultivate, and expand direct procurement opportunities with a targeted group of NGOs with malnutrition treatment and prevention programs, focusing on Africa and the Middle East.
Build and maintain strong relationships with country and program directors, procurement officers, and nutrition leads at target NGOs.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements/sales orders in collaboration with the planning, operations, and logistics teams.
Track sales pipeline, prepare forecasts, and report on partnership development metrics.
Administer the logistics of Gift-in-Kind product donations to NGOs, including product that is funded via grants and philanthropic gifts. Ensure NGO donation agreements are completed and compliance with reporting requirements.
Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Coordination (20%)
Serve as primary point of contact for NGO customers throughout the order lifecycle.
Coordinate internally with production, quality assurance, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and billing/payment.
Manage all inbound products and customer inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve sales/customer issues with urgency and professionalism
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in Sales Force.
Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.

Order Fulfillment/Logistics Support for Strategic Priorities (15%)
Preparation of Pricing Committee presentations for management discussions on RFP response strategies for major NGO and US government/UN partners.
Provide order fulfillment and logistics support for senior managers leading NGO coalitions and Innovation Fund projects.
Support order fulfillment, logistics support, and proposal development for the fundraising team related to donor funded product donations and projects.
Contribute to strategic planning initiatives and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required.

Incumbent serves as Corrections Officer for the Sheriff, responsible for maintaining security and order in the jail, government and judicial center, and transporting inmates to/from these and other facilities.
DUTIES:
A corrections officer for the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office may be assigned to one or more of the following facilities or roles to require the duties outlined in this section: government and judicial center, jail, historic courthouse and transport.
Maintains security of jail, government and judicial center and historic courthouse, monitoring activities throughout facility including monitoring surveillance cameras, door controls, meals and visitors, and conducting patrols in and outside of these facilities. Maintains accurate accounting of all inmates.
Performs booking procedures of individuals being detained, including photographing/video taping, fingerprinting, entering information on computer, receiving and accounting for money and personal property, and ensuring inmates are properly showered, changed into jail clothing, and searched for weapons and other contraband. Do periodic checks of the county parking lots to check security and issue citations for improper parking.
Performs duties in control room as assigned, including monitoring alarms and many closed-circuit cameras throughout facility; coordinating with jail, Prosecuting Attorney, and court personnel regarding transporting inmates for appearance; dispatching other Corrections Officer/Courthouse Security personnel to assignments and periodic emergencies; answering telephone and providing information and assistance as requested. Periodically uses intercom to notify all building personnel of emergencies, such as bomb threats or severe weather.
Monitors activities throughout facility and in courtroom during legal proceedings as assigned, including conducting foot patrol and searching facility as needed; conducting sobriety tests as needed; pursuing/apprehending/searching suspects/arrestee, and seizing weapons and/or contraband; escorting inmates, witnesses, and/or jurors to/from courtroom and building; mediating citizen disputes and solving problems; and examining firearms used as evidence in court proceedings to ensure safety of court personnel and the public. Occasionally responds to emergency security and medical calls.
Performs bonding procedures, including completing required forms, ensuring documentation is correct, receiving and receipting bond money, returning personal belongings, and releasing inmates.
Escorts inmates to/from recreation, visitation, library, court, medical, programs, and meetings.
Issues/monitors prescribed medications according to physician's orders, and ensures inmates receive proper medical attention as needed.
Receives/distributes, examines and logs incoming/outgoing mail and personal items for inmates. If serving as member of Special Emergency Response Team (SERT), conducts routine cell block security checks for contraband in all cells and dormitories, and prepares written report of findings. If not on SERT, may occasionally perform emergency "shakedowns" as appropriate.
Ensures compliance with facility rules and regulations and records and reports inappropriate behavior to appropriate department personnel. Properly secures and/or physically restrains violent and uncontrollable inmates as situations demand.
May supervise and direct activities of jail inmate workers, such as serving meals and doing laundry, including making work assignments and ensuring proper accomplishment of duties.
Retrieves IDACS information as needed and maintains various records on logs and/or computer. Types case/incident reports and enters data on computer as required. Prepares and submits required reports according to department deadlines.
Answers telephone and greets visitors as assigned, including providing information and assistance, taking messages or directing to appropriate individual or department, and occasionally giving tours. Responds to inquiries regarding individual inmates and jail activities.
May be given special assignments, such as operating commissary, including collecting orders and receiving/recording inmate cash and purchases.
Serves various legal documents as assigned, such as summonses, court orders to appear, arrest warrants, body attachments, and notices of hearings, and delivers returned documents to appropriate individuals/departments as required.
Maintains appearance and serviceability of all issued and/or required vehicles, equipment, uniforms, and weapons.

The Role:
Surveillance Officers to monitor the casino floor and other associated areas to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and policies. Someone who has basic computer software knowledge and a willingness to be trained would be a good fit for this role. Previous loss prevention and casino experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:
Monitor and record activities being conducted in and around the gaming establishment using video cameras, monitors, digital recorders, access control systems, computer dispatch, video printers, switches, and other equipment used for surveillance.
Monitor all areas of the property, both indoor and outdoor for suspicious activity, health and safety issues, evidence of theft, cheating, scams, and procedural violations.
Check for blind spots and camera outage or tampering.
Log all activities observed by surveillance into the surveillance dispatch log.
Understand and operate all Surveillance camera switching, reprogramming equipment, and use of all computer equipment.
Controls Surveillance dispatch system for all calls to Control.
Determines Control call priorities and dispatches security, police, fire, traffic officers, maintenance and facilities during emergencies as necessary.
Dispatches Security officers as needed throughout the facility and monitor's conduct.
Maintain familiarity with all appropriate Twin River department procedures.
Maintain confidentiality within the established guidelines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience working with video cameras, access control systems, video printers and other equipment used in surveillance
Previous casino experience is preferred but not required
Basic computer software and hardware knowledge desired
Previous experience in loss prevention preferred but not required
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Frequent sitting, speaking, seeing, hearing, and listening
Frequently follow directions, attention to detail
Occasional twisting, kneeling, handling, wrist motion, bending, and working in tight spaces
License Requirements:
Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming License
