AJ Falco joined Intertec International as Chief Operating Officer in 2013. AJ is responsible for design, implementation and improvement of Intertec’s operations and systems. Prior to joining Intertec, AJ held CFO and business leadership positions in the public and private sectors, including experience in international business in multiple countries. He has led teams in finance, sales, operations and mergers and acquisitions for a Fortune 100 company. AJ earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.

David Winstanley is a Chief Engineer, Engineering Solutions & Consulting, Intertec International at Intertec International and Chief Engineer at Belcan Engineering and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. He has worked as Chief Engineer, Turbofan Propulsion Engines at Honeywell; Senior Chief Engineer at Aircraft Systems; and Sr. Engineer at General Electric (GE). David attended Purdue University between 1970 and 1974 and Purdue University between 1974 and 1980.

Fred Palacios is a seasoned software architect with more than 20 years of experience participating in the entire software development cycle across a host of different industries--from automotive and services to petroleum, financial, and supply chain. In that time, his experience working closely with high-level stakeholders has provided him with a strategic vision for developing the right solutions to flexibly meet critical business needs. As CTO of Intertec, he's continuing to focus on the creation of business-critical applications for large enterprise projects, particularly those that handle high concurrency and large datasets. He is passionate about using technology as a tool to solve real-world problems and also mentoring technical teams to achieve their maximum potential and deliver quality software.
