Lifting up to 25 lbs and assisting with heavier lifting, utilizing proper techniques. Pushing and pulling up to 100 lbs, including moving residents of 350lbs in wheelchairs. Adhering to safety protocols, including the use of mechanical lifts and two-person lift procedures. Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Must be 16 years of age or older. Valid CNA certification in the state of employment. Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred, but not required.
