The shift and schedule for this position will be 11pm-7am, Monday-Friday. Salary is $47.71-$53.01 per hour. Responsibilities: • In a safe manner, start up, regulate, repair, and shut down equipment. • Ensure equipment operates safely and within established limits by monitoring attached meters, gauges, and computerized controls. • Use of hand and power tools to perform repairs and maintenance ranging from a complete overhaul to replacing defective valves, gaskets, or bearings in a safe manner. • Record relevant events and facts concerning operation and maintenance in an equipment log. • Audit safety device and identify and troubleshoot any problem areas. • Test and chemically treat hydronic systems to prevent corrosion and harmful deposits. • Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications: • Advanced technical skills in HVAC Daiken McQuay and Data Aire Units and the ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner for high profile tenants. • Ability to commission and service complex semi hermetic compressors for all package units. • Must be proficient in multi-stage direct expansion (DX) water cooled packaged A/C units and modular chiller systems. • Proficient in all aspects of pumping systems, steam heating systems and HVAC systems • Must be knowledgeable of Schneider Electric Andover Continuum BATC system/eco structure or its equivalent BMS and possess advanced knowledge of start-up procedures. • Daiken certified preferred with advanced experience in HVAC repairs. • Will be required to obtain several COF's: A-35, F-01, P-98, G-60, S-12, S-14 • Minimum of 4 -6 years of HVAC/electrical experience - that encompasses troubleshooting, reading schematics and wiring diagrams. As an effective part of the E&M Services, LLC team member, The Mechanic works to ensure that all operational machinery and mechanical equipment are constantly meeting safety standards and work expectations to provide the best customer service possible. The primary role of this position is to service, inspection, and maintenance on a variety of equipment including (but not limited to) light and heavy-duty trucks, heavy equipment, and any other company related oilfield equipment. This position will be responsible for performing basic to advanced maintenance, new equipment installation, and troubleshooting actions either in the shop or field. Strongly prefer experience with heavy equipment, cranes, hydro vacs, and hydraulics but not limited to working on a variety of diesel/gas powered assets. It is important for the Mechanic constant and clear communication with the Yard manager to ensure the quality of the work and certify that all projects are being performed in a timely manner. Supervisory Responsibilities: • None Duties/Responsibilities: • Maintains accurate service records of all services and maintenance performed. • Regularly cleans, inspects, services, and maintains company vehicles and all other company equipment while collaborating closely with supervisors. • Test vehicles and equipment before and after repair for proper operating condition. • Provides a strong knowledge of parts as well as effective and timely ways to perform various mechanical services. • Successfully communicates all essential equipment faults to respective supervisors and or managers to verify what equipment is available for use. • Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance. Provides mechanical maintenance information by answering questions and requests. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. • Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt. • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
