As a successful Community Management Specialist, you will: Manage and deposit daily collection of all monthly rentals, late fees, etc. Hire, train, motivate and manage onsite staff. Inspect the community grounds and community-owned homes daily to maintain a clean, presentable appearance; identify any unusual activity; recognize and recommend areas for improvement to promote pride in community grounds. Manage and assign tasks to the maintenance staff or maintenance supervisor through the use of the Maintenance Work Order system. Attract new residents and retain current residents to increase the occupancy rate. Manage all aspects of leasing. Process, approve, and forward invoices in a timely manner to the Corporate Office; maintain petty cash; keep track of all expenses and receipts. Maintain employees' files, timesheets, and records to coordinate accurate compensation and benefits. Manage and organize paperwork flow. Maintain financial operations and adhere to established budgetary guidelines. Remain aware of safety issues and administer constant corrective measures to ensure a safe working and living environment for all residents and staff. Ensure all information is entered in a timely manner into the management software and is accurate and complete. Build relationships with residents and respond to all resident needs to identify and resolve issues. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Extended out-of-town travel required. 50 out of 52 weeks. A minimum of 2 - 3 years of property management experience required. High school diploma or GED required. Strong customer service, communication, and organization skills. Detail-oriented and the ability to multitask and problem-solve. Proven leadership skills and the ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment. Ability to be flexible and work evenings and weekends. Valid operator's license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook; MRI experience preferred. Compensation: This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation plus commissions. What You'll Do: Provide senior training instructor support services to lead and deliver advanced trauma and medical training. The senior instructor shall ensure instructional quality, mentor junior instructors, evaluate student performance, and maintain compliance with DOD/DHA training policies, accreditation standards, and joint trauma system (JTS) clinical practice guidelines. Approximately 40-50% travel may be required. Deliver advanced classroom, laboratory, and simulation-based instruction for trauma and operational medicine courses; facilitate case studies, high-fidelity simulations, and complex scenario-based training; ensure instruction reflects current JTS Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) and best practices. Mentor and coach junior instructors, providing guidance on instructional techniques and content delivery; oversee the quality and consistency of instruction across assigned courses; provide performance feedback and professional development recommendations for instructional staff. Ensure grading and feedback processes are fair, accurate, and aligned to learning objectives and recommend remediation strategies for students requiring additional support. Participate in after-action reviews (AARs) and incorporate feedback into instructional practices. Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance course effectiveness and student learning outcomes. What You Bring: Bachelor's in education, Instructional Design, or related discipline; a master's degree preferred 8 to 10 years of progressive teaching or instructing; 3 to 5 years in a senior instructor or lead trainer role. Experience with curriculum design, lesson planning, and delivery in both classroom and field training environments. Completion of military or civilian Instructor Training Course or equivalent (e.g. Army Basic/Advanced Instructor Course, USAF/USN Instructor certification). Strong preference for individuals with SOF medic experience or robust conventional experience in training operational walking blood banks or managing whole blood training programs. How Role will make an impact: Conduct doctrinal staff training on all Army WfFs educating the command group and staff on Mission command art and science as well as directly supporting staff exercises in a trainer role. Act as the main point of entry to obtain, review, and process training requests IAW the Commander's intent which is submitted to their assigned MTC for resourcing. Ensure training requests adhere to overall strategic plan and vision outlined by the unit commander for any given training year. Track all approved events and inform the commander or staff of any changes or updates to the training event. Responsible for integrating the required contractor training resources prior to and during the event. Requirements What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team: Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance. Bachelor's degree (subject immaterial) and have completed CGSC / ILE (MEL 4) military education.
