With a background in public accounting and broad senior level management experience, Wayne Grubbs oversees the company’s global corporate development, finance, accounting, planning and analysis, treasury, tax, legal, compliance, and risk management functions. He also actively participates in the company’s global government relations programs. Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Grubbs was senior vice president, chief financial officer, and treasurer of Analex Corporation, a publicly-traded provider of professional services to federal government customers. Together with the CEO, he helped execute the company’s merger and acquisition strategy and investor relations programs, including the sale of Analex to QinetiQ North America. Prior to joining Analex, Grubbs served as vice president, corporate controller, treasurer, and assistant corporate secretary for SRA International, Inc. He was instrumental in SRA’s initial public offering and listing on the NYSE. Grubbs graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and is a licensed CPA.
