WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist in the process of making all units ready for move-in.
Respond to all resident work order requests to quickly diagnose and correct any air conditioning, heating, appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing issues.

Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and appliances and working knowledge of plumbing fixtures, basic electrical circuitry, carpentry, and be skilled in the use of power and hand tools (servicetechnicians supply their own hand tools).
Possess a valid driver's license and dependable transportation including on-call hours.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds including supplies and appliance.

Sr. Electrical Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Owns the performance and reliability of facility electrical systems.

Performs routine inspections to identify potential malfunctions or risks.
Identifies root causes of electrical failures and implements corrective actions.

Responsibilities
Electrical Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Locates the cause of electrical problems and makes corrections.
Installs, tests, and maintains electrical wiring, appliances, fixtures, and machinery.
Connects wires to transformers, circuit breakers, inspects electrical equipment and systems, plans layout of wiring and equipment in conformance to all codes.
May be required to provide assistance in the plant involving other types of general maintenance work.
Responsibilities include housekeeping and care of machinery
Able to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of facility machinery
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
Electrical Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
1-3 years of manufacturing experience; strong electrical, and electrical controls knowledge. Good hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial knowledge
Proficiency in using multimeters and other measuring equipment to diagnose electrical problems in industrial equipment

Education and Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in loan servicing or loan operations at a financial institution.
Hish school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with complex commercial loan structures, participations, or escrowed loans preferred.
Familiarity with imaging systems, loan ticklers, and compliance documentation is a plus.
