4 day work week, but you need the 3 days off to cry

Poor management, programs are funded by grants that cannot be renewed due to the lack of leadership and innovation to sustain the programs offers by the agency. I felt at times the department that I worked in was a pyramid scene and fraudulent. I brought my concerns to management and was reprimanded and bullied by my director. There is no support system in place with HR for employees who are facing harassment and bullying. The schedule and pay is nice, but it is not worth it. This place will make you walk on eggshells and stress you out. I’m looking elsewhere for employment, I have not even been here a year and I just can’t stay here.
