The Ground Transportation Manager supports the team with a complete oversight for financials and Ground Transportation operations of assigned portfolio to ensure 24/7 professional parking management. Schedule: Typically- M-F (8am to 5pm). Weekends and evenings as needed.
Principal Job Duties:
Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of traffic attendants, ensuring high performance, safety, and professionalism.
Ensure all transportation routes are fully staffed and operating on schedule.
Conduct recurring safety meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with airport partners, internal management, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve service.
Ensure proper completion of pre-trip and post-trip inspections and correct reporting of mechanical issues.
Respond to incidents, accidents, and emergency situations, completing required documentation promptly.
Train and hold team accountable for delivering high-quality customer service.
Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely, respectful resolutions.
Maintain a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and safety.
Oversee scheduling, attendance, payroll inputs, and route coverage.
Maintain accurate records for fuel logs, incident reports, inspection logs, and compliance documentation.
Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new transportation staff. Monitor route performance, passenger counts, and adjust service levels based on operational needs.
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License
Minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience. Clean MVR meeting the following guidelines: No more than one minor violation in the last 3 years Must pass drug screen and criminal background check. Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Job Overview

Maintain PO tracker for merchandising team on all inbound shipments to align with planned consolidations.

Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PL partners, and onboard cruise teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.

Planning & Logistics Support

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Accountable for providing all necessary data to customer service/production groups ensuring flawless execution of orders by working with sales and accounts to make sure all information is provided. Attend weekly planning meetings with customer service and production for status and needs.
Be backup for department when merchandiser is traveling/out of office, being fully aligned with tasks at hand and being accessible to get answers and keep things moving.
Step in whenever and wherever needed to get things done. Many times will entail last minute changes and can require long hours.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· Draft notices to Landlords to extend or terminate the term of leases, and track such notices.
· Process requested vendor changes by obtaining and reviewing supporting documentation, including deeds, assignments of lease, management and/or operating agreements, and W-9s.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience in commercial lease administration, commercial real estate, or commercial property management
· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and attention to detail

This position is responsible for supporting our distribution centers through transportation planning for our furniture and inbound networks. This position requires excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills as well as a proactive attitude.
The Seasonal Logistics Coordinator position is located in Memphis, TN.
You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will....
Ability to follow a load plan and assign carriers per a routing guide
Time management across emails, load planning, metrics updating and communication with carriers, DCs and hubs
Track loads from pickup to delivery
Maintain trailer pools for carriers and DCs
Troubleshoot and diagnose in transit issues for all loads from DC
Answer emails in a timely manner and be able to organize solutions based on urgency of emails
Active participation in conference calls with WSI corporate partners, freight carriers, warehouses, final mile hubs & stores
Ability to run and update reports as needed within various applications
Extract data to create reports and distribute to both internal and external business partners
Ability to operate and change between multiple DCs as need and work from multiple interfaces

At least 1 year of proficient experience in MS Excel and Outlook

Merchology seeks a seasonal Inventory Management Specialist for our Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Process Manager, the Inventory Management Specialist resolves inventory and systems challenges affecting order fulfillment. This role determines systems order resolution to improve the customer experience and support operations order flow activities. This role directly impacts on-time delivery and targets maximum revenue attainment. Additionally, this role is the primary support for inventory updates, accuracy and sync between the company's warehouse management system (ShipHawk) and enterprise resource management system (NetSuite).
A successful Inventory Management Specialist will:
Account for orders through entire fulfillment process, ensuring value flows to billing queue
Troubleshoot orders that are stuck or held up by investigating issues and correcting system transactions
Maximize daily invoicing to ensure tracking towards shipped revenue goals
Primary support for synchronization of inventory and order flow through ERP and WMS systems
Execute inventory adjustments on a daily basis to maintain inventory accuracy
Communicate, escalate, and resolve issues via email and HubSpot with customer service and other departments to troubleshoot order issues
Review past due orders, working with customer service and operations for resolution.
Communicate professionally with operations and cross-functionally daily
Additional projects or duties as assigned
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
Excellent computer skills, can work independently in Excel and all Microsoft programs
Proficient English through both written and verbal communication
Minimum of one year of experience or background working in manufacturing environments is required
