The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. Safety is our primary priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within their respective region. It is the Foreman's responsibility to deliver timely service to all WTI customers and manage exposure to risks.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable. Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis.
Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with:
WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) daily and before starting new projects (ensure any/all communication with the Sales Reps is also shared with the Supervisor.
Sales Rep weekly and/or as needed and before new projects.
WTI crew members will discuss the scope of work, daily tasks, and the overall schedule.
Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep) daily and/or weekly.
Efficient management of projects will include managing the crew's start and end times, daily productivity (hours, man-days, etc.), and ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently. Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor.
Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site. These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased.
Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer.
Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely.
Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep.
Monitor and manage the Field Reps. Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation. Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required.
Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.

30-hour OSHA certification

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

Telecommunication Tower Foreman -Level 2 will manage and train field personnel to perform a wide variety of field specific job duties. We travel throughout the US and although the travel is extensive, we look to schedule employees for 2-3 weeks in the field at a time. Time off is backlogged after each deployment. Employees wanting greater pay have the option for longer assignments. OVERVIEW

Job Summary: Our Grading Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to grading and base preparation for asphalt paving projects. This individual leads a crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards. This position plays a vital role within our organization by prospecting, preparing accurate cost estimates, and managing profitable work consistent with the company's risk tolerance and objectives and much more. They juggle multiple duties, manage a variety of jobs and collaborate with other estimators, staff, field supervisors and employees to ensure proper coordination and performance. This position must be proactive in the company's marketing and customer retention as well.

OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for the direct supervision of Field Staff in the performance of tasks associated with emergency spill response, hazardous waste clean-up, site decontamination and remediation operations. This role requires the oversight of intense physical work in challenging environments, operating specialized equipment while wearing comprehensive HazMat personal protective equipment (PPE), and performing tasks in confined spaces. Day-to-day functions include, but not limited to;
Direct supervision of all Field Staff (General Laborers, Field Technicians, Drivers)
Respond to various chemical & oil spills, and assist in waste clean-up & disposal
Ensure the successful completion of all projects, while enforcing safety & compliance protocols
Deliver on-the-job/field training to all Field Staff and support the development of technicians to team leads
Foremen must maintain comprehensive daily documentation of all job site activities, including detailed written notes on work completed, labor hours, safety observations, and quality control measures, accompanied by clear, time-stamped photographs that capture work progress, site conditions, and any notable issues, as this documentation serves as both a legal record and project management tool.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have a High School Diploma and a valid Driver's License (CDL highly preferred) with a CLEAN driving record
Must have at least 1 year related industry experience (knowledge of Environmental & Industrial Services, Waste Management, Hazardous Chemicals/HazMat, Oil & Gas or similar industry)
Must have previous experience in a Foreman or similar role
Must be willing to obtain HazWoper Certification upon hire
SHIFTS/SCHEDULE
Standard shift time is 7am, however, due to the nature of our business some flexibility is required (there will be occasional start times

TRAVEL
Due to the nature of our business, you can expect to travel up to 10% of the year. Travel is usually scheduled, however, some emergency spill response requires unscheduled travel as well. You must be flexible and willing to mobilize when an emergency event arises.
ON-CALL
Due to the nature of our business in industrial services and emergency response, you are expected to adhere to our On-Call Rotation Schedule, which requires you to commit to at least 1 On-Call week per month (typically Thursday - Thursday). Our goal is to keep the On-Call schedule limited to one week per month, however, some flexibility may be required in busy seasons and emergency events. We do our best to work with employees on their work/life schedules

Manage the on-site day-to-day tasks and the entire scope of work for each job assignment with little to no supervision.
