At all breaks, instruct the crew to clean up the grounds below the work area as needed. Clean the grounds personally as needed. Several times daily, inspect the crews work to ensure that it is completed properly Nearing the end of the day, begin giving the crew instructions on items that must be completed prior to the crew leaving the property Before the crew is allowed to leave the property, ensure that all details are completed andthat the roof is watertight overnight. Update completed projects with notes of what was done, labor hours and materials used, and submit photo documentation. Look at tomorrow's assigned work orders and get prepared for the following day.
