**Job Summary:**

This position supports the Director, Intellectual Property, and local and global IP Department in all matters relating to the coordination and maintenance of the Companys global intellectual property portfolio. 10. Identifies patent legal issues and/or problems based on knowledge of PTO procedures and suggests changes under patent practitioner guidance. Takes initiative to expand own knowledge.
11. Advanced skills to independently draft and assist with attorney responses to worldwide foreign patent agents.
