Ensure ongoing development of automated decision support tools related to the safe and effective use of medications.
Assist users to modify processes to allow for implementation and efficient use of the clinical information system based on knowledge of clinical practice, patient care standards, elements of good service and cost effective/efficient measures.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Pharmacy Degree with current state licensure

Advanced degree in Pharmacy and/or a residency or fellowship training

Gives input from a trauma-recovery perspective into the Civilian Mobile Crisis program and procedures affecting treatment of clients, with the aim of reducing or eliminating re-traumatizing clients, providing choice, respect, and consideration for clients and their recovery.
3. Documents observations and interactions in electronic health record.
4. Assists with dangerous and potentially dangerous situations and takes appropriate measures to assure client/worker safety.
5. Takes initiative to interact with client and to help clients feel as comfortable as possible while at Netcare.

Job Summary:
The Peer Recovery Specialist provides direct patient care under the supervision of a designated healthcare professional in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, and within policies, procedures, and guidelines of Bon Secours Mercy Health (BSMH).
Essential Functions:
Facilitates individual and/or support groups (within scope) and may participate in family meetings and treatment team meetings.
Provides post-discharge follow-up, along with community resource knowledge and navigation.
Delivers overdose prevention and education on Naloxone utilization.
Participates in continued education and in-service training.

Provides in-home, community-based and/or telehealth treatment services to a caseload of individuals aged 55 and over who have a mental health diagnosis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing clinically appropriate psychoeducation, advocacy and coordination of services to assigned clients.
Engages clients in the development of annual treatment goals, clinical reviews and completion of all other documentation related to the client's treatment.
