️ Position Summary
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for improving overall quality, operational efficiency, staffing consistency, and regulatory compliance across all STRTP cottages. This position provides ongoing support to cottage staff to ensure adherence to Program, Agency, Community Care Licensing (CCL), and Joint Commission (TJC) requirements. The Coordinator oversees staffing scheduling for the 24/7 program, manages operational systems, monitors compliance, and ensures cottages always remain audit ready. The role acts as a central hub between cottage supervisors, administration, and support departments to maintain safe, effective, and well-coordinated operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assists Intensive Care Coordinators and Program Supervisors in maintaining adequate staff coverage by oversight of the master staff schedule for all cottages, making shift adjustments, ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing ratios.
Respond to daytime callouts during regular scheduled shift hours.
Maintain an up-to-date relief/per-diem pool and oversee the overtime rotation system.
Track callouts, attendance trends, and provide staffing data to Administration weekly coordinating with Supervisors regarding restrictions, training or needs that impact scheduling.
Collaborate with leadership to monitor compliance and outcomes and to implement solutions that support ongoing compliance.
Conduct routine cottage walkthroughs to monitor safety, cleanliness, aesthetics, and environmental compliance. Monitor cottage logs, and other records for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory alignment.
Review of cottage supplies and inventory and ensure consistency across cottages.
Assist in operational readiness for CCL and TJC reviews, including documentation audits, maintenance requests and corrective action follow-up.
Conducts weekly collection of receipts, expense materials, and required paperwork from cottages for processing and submission.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Word or similar current word processing software
Ability to identify trends or problem areas.
Experience working in a Windows based environment including communications software using remote and file transfer protocols.
Flexibility to manage the assigned workload in order to meet task deadlines.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Experience and knowledge of operating and maintaining standard office equipment such as a copier, and printer.
Ability to analyze and interpret data, and to effectively communicate findings.
Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility, i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record.
Meets all compliance requirements of federal, state, and county regulations by periodic sanction checks.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Director, Israeli Department, the Clinical Consultant/Educator is a member of the Israeli Department and Parent Consultant teams and supports the development of programs that are responsive to the needs of Israeli families in the agency service area. The Clinical Consultant/Educator provides best practice parent services including parent coaching and consultation and psychoeducational workshops for parents, and other supports for children and families within their scope of practice. The Clinical Consultant/Educator understands and assists in meeting budget and services goals, understands the mission and objectives of Jewish Family and Children's Services, and works within the limitations of the Agency's resources and performs all duties in compliance with agency standards.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay Rate: $45-$60/hour (depending on experience)

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides effective parent consultation to families seeking parent guidance
Prepares written agendas, objectives, and handouts
Facilitates Parent Education Workshops
Facilitates support groups
Represents the Israeli Department to the community, to increase support for the program and to ensure that the community is aware of CCY as a resource
Provides consultation to teachers and schools for classroom challenges
If registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and approved to practice mental health services in the state of California, provides assessment and treatment to children as assigned, following all agency policies and procedures related to clinical practice
REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed mental health professional (MSW, ASW, LCSW, AMFT, LMFT, PsyD) preferred
Three plus (3+) years of postgraduate experience
Bilingual Hebrew-English speaker with knowledge of and sensitivity to Israeli culture
Demonstrate ability to relate effectively with parents, individually and in groups
Understanding of the growth and development of children and the ability to interpret that information in a supportive and professional manner to parents, caregivers, and to other professionals
Advanced degree in child development-related field
Licensed or license eligible in California to practice psychotherapy as part of the job responsibilities
Previous experience providing parent consultation and support and teaching parent-focused workshops
Experience in using MS Office applications and general computer skills
Ability to function independently and cooperatively as part of a team
Desire to work in a multi-discipline social service setting

Qualifications

The Senior Technology Systems Designer in the Mission Critical Facilities (MCF) market leads the design effort and works in conjunction with the Project Manager. The Mayor's Youth Employment and Education Program (MYEEP) is a citywide collaboration of ten non-profit organizations in San Francisco and provides paid work experience to over 1,000 San Francisco high school youth annually. MYEEP leverages the desire of young people to be employed to engage them in job readiness training, youth development, and educational activities. The Academic Mentor Program, now in its sixth year, provides participants with academic enrichment. Each MYEEP location has a dedicated Academic Mentor who facilitates skill-based workshops, monitors academic success, and provides tutoring.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The MYEEP Academic Mentor will be responsible for facilitating workshops for program participants. Mentors are expected to also engage in group tutoring sessions as well as provide high quality one on one academic support for program participants. This is a part-time, average 19 hours a week, (3-4 days) in-person position from September to May. During the Fall semester students will engage in the Academic Mentor Program as well as job readiness training while they attend school. During the Spring semester, the academic mentor will provide individual or small-group tutorial support and personalized academic Workshops. POSITION SUMMARY
SF Cal-SOAP is a project administered by the California Student Aid Commission (CSAC). The College Success Advisor will be responsible for recruiting, identifying, selecting, and advising participants at Burton or Galileo High School in the San Francisco Unified School District. These participants will fulfill the eligibility criteria as set by CSAC for all Cal-SOAP Projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct Service/Outreach:
To identify and select eligible participants:
Students who are low-income according to the CSAC Cal-Grant income levels;
Students who have the potential to be the first in their family to attend college;
Assess and determine participants' educational needs and academic potential;
Provide college, financial aid, and/or career information and advising to individuals and groups to encourage participants to graduate from high school, enroll in college and apply for financial aid;
Conduct financial aid and college information presentations at the assigned high school and/or within the local community
Assist and support participants in completing college and financial aid (federal, state) applications;
Coordinate and implement local and long-distance field trips (i.e., college campus field trips);
Refer participants to appropriate social service and government agencies;
Administrative:
Manage a caseload of 100 - 125 students; complete required program documents and organize forms and data for each student into a complete file;
Provide support to assigned high school counseling staff and collaborate on events that complement the SF Cal-SOAP program timeline.
Assist with the implementation and evaluation of project activities;
Other Program Participation:
Provide assistance and support for other JCYC College Access Programs
Participate in SF Cal-SOAPand/or JCYC meetings, training, committees, conferences, retreats, etc., as appropriate;
Perform related duties as needed.
Job Qualifications
Enrolled in college, AND recipient of financial aid (i.e., Pell Grant, Cal Grant, or Loans)
Prefer individuals (but not required) with a similar background to the target population; first in their families to attend college
Some experience working with youth
Experience with conducting presentations and activity planning
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Computer Literate; Working proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other presentation tools
Desired Qualifications
Experience with diverse student populations
Bilingual preferred (Cantonese, Spanish, Vietnamese, Tagalog)
Knowledge of community activities, resources, and programs for youth in San Francisco
Ability to work cooperatively with secondary school faculty and community agency personnel
