Position Summary
Vanair is seeking an experienced Senior Purchasing Analyst (Buyer/Planner) who can contribute to a growing, entrepreneurial customer-focused company. The Purchasing Analyst ensures that manufacturing has an uninterrupted supply of products and services to meet daily production goals at the most competitive costs. Responsibilities
Evaluate suppliers' proposals, costs, and quality, as well as oversee purchasing performance based on service and availability.

Collaborate with Engineering on new product developments and provide timely follow through on Engineering Change Notifications (ECN).
Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies, including RFQ's (Request for Quotes) and requisitions.
Resolve issues as they arise with non-supplied, under orders, over orders quality and damaged goods through problem resolution.
Collaborates with the suppliers, engineering, planning, production, and inventory control daily on issues with non-supplied, under orders, over orders quality and damaged goods, resolving issues as they arise.
Perform regular reviews of inventory planning parameters. Maintain and update supplier database for pricing, lead-times, country of origin, HST codes and contact information.

Understand financial impact of movements in KPIs to help prioritize work for self and to know when it is important to do more research on KPI trends.
Understand and document supply chain processes and guiding principles. This will help identify process gaps, similarities and differences by program that may need to be standardized and identify potential areas to explore for initiative savings.
Serve as an inspector in forums such as the WPM and initiative meeting, asking critical questions about impacts to metrics and questioning “why something is as it is.”
Program Communication
Working with supply chain team and finance, coordinate flow of information and assimilate data necessary to prepare required weekly and monthly dashboarding and presentations that will be used in meetings.
Speak to portions of program performance and metrics in standard weekly and monthly forums such as the MBR.
Serve as a key business connection between supply chain, finance, and Program Management, communicating changes, trends, and forecast inputs to both groups to keep our financial projections and business cases as updated and aligned as possible.
Issue Management
In a complex and dynamic business such as ours, things break and exceptions arise. When alerted by leaders across supply chain of an event that requires research, this person will work with the supply chain team to identify what happened and what we may need to do to fix it.

Summary:
The Regenstrief Center for Health Equity Research (RCHER) at Eskenazi Health envisions a community where all people have an opportunity to attain their highest level of health. Social determinants of health, or health related social care needs, prevent people from attaining their highest level of health and thereby contributes to health disparities. The RCHER mission is to conduct applied clinical research in collaboration with our local community that leads to scalable solutions to health disparities. The Center focuses on research seeking to improve health outcomes for underserved and minority populations in urban settings who face a disproportionate share of social care needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
We are seeking motivated undergraduate or masters-level students looking to develop their skills in research and interacting with patients. The intern will be under the guidance of the lead health equity researcher and will have the opportunity to engage in RCHER's leadership and other related meetings to help develop their professional network and skillset. This position will be primarily responsible for primary data collection either via phone call or in-person interviews. Additional responsibilities will include documenting data in REDCap.
Interviewing/calling patients, community members, and/or staff members
Reviewing electronic health records
Literature reviews
Participating in meetings
Engaging in mentorship meetings
Developing Institutional Review Board (IRB) protocols
Other responsibilities as assigned
Additional Details:
Preference will be given to applicants able to commit to a full year.
This role is primarily remote; however, there is potential for some in-person needs.
Can be completed on a part-time or as-needed basis dependent on personal and academic goals. Availability on evenings and weekends is preferred.
This is an

Job Description
As a Data & Analytics Intern at BluWave, you will have the ability to assist large, ongoing data analytics projects that span all functional areas of our business. Qualifications
Build clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations in BI tools; adaptable to Sigma Computing, Tableau, and Power BI
Use Excel to organize, clean, and structure data for visual storytelling
Write SQL queries (aggregates, joins, CTEs) to prepare and model data for reporting
Apply knowledge of relational databases and data properties to ensure accuracy and consistency in visuals
Communicate insights effectively to technical and non‑technical audiences through intuitive data visuals
