Contract Overview:
The Data Technical Support (DTS) contract provides data science professionals to the United States Special Operations Command's (USSOCOM) Intelligence Data Support Team (IDST) and Special Operations Forces Acquisitions, Technology & Logistics (SOF AT&L).
The IDST is a government-led team focused on data analytics efforts within the USSOCOM Directorate of Intelligence (J2) and its subordinate command's intelligence lines of effort. The IDST helps USSOCOM intelligence analysts by turning the Command's data into actionable information. The IDST team may also engage with the USSOCOM Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), Knowledge Management (KM), and other HQ entities.
The DTS contract provides permanently assigned data science professionals to the USSOCOM Headquarters, Theater Special Operations Commands, and Component Commands. Additionally, the DTS contract may provide temporary support (Temporary Duty / deployment) to worldwide Special Operations Joint Task Forces, Combined Joint Special Operations Task Forces, Special Operations Task Forces, and Special Operations Command Forward Elements.

Who You Are & What You'll Do
Understand interaction of equipment and systems, to improve outputs, interpret data (SPC, graphs, charts, OEE), identify problems (5-Why Analysis, PDCA Cycle), and formulate proper decisions.
Understand UMS principles and demonstrate a commitment to those principles.
Utilize computer software to communicate, analyze, and document UMS activities and develop training materials including SAP, DFOS (and Informance) reporting, DMS, Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, BuildApp, Weever Apps, etc.
Perform AM support activities such as CIL-R, audits of line equipment, manage and maintain calendars and standard documents utilizing the Weever Digital Inspection tool.
Perform PM support activities including breakdown mapping, breakdown analysis tracking, and PM optimization utilizing Microsoft Dynamics tool.
Understanding of manufacturing equipment, including fillers, labelers, and case packers, with a demonstrated understanding of common downtime reasons.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
Interact effectively with all organizational levels including UMS staff at other Unilever sites, educational professionals, and equipment suppliers.
Motivate, energize, and foster team activities and relationships.

Job Responsibilities
Plan and schedule UMS activities to include CIL-R/PM work orders, improvement projects, etc.
Communicate with support areas (management, engineering, maintenance, scheduling, etc.) to establish status and schedule of activities to secure appropriate support and ensure successful execution of tasks.
Drive operational excellence by marketing and promoting UMS.
Assist in the training of teammates on UMS principles.
Coach individuals regarding UMS methods and act as UMS resource to departments.
Routinely lead teammates during small group activities.
Distribute scheduled UMS work and/or activities to employees per established UMS standards and/or initiatives.
Monitor progress and performance to establish improvement of processes while maintaining or exceeding established safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Assist in development and maintenance of documentation to support and promote UMS initiative. This includes development and maintenance of data.
Responsible for following GXP. This includes but is not limited to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Labor Practice (GLP), and Good Documentation Practice

During the sessions, the RBT may also collect data and conduct certain types of assessments.
