POSITION OVERVIEW The Data Analyst will play a critical role in advancing InVision Human Services' transformation into a data-driven organization. This position is responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights while also helping to shape the structure of the organization's data environment. A key responsibility will be the design and maintenance of layered data models, including the use of views to simplify raw system feeds, curated tables to deliver standardized datasets, and a semantic model that supports self-service analytics in Power BI.
