**Required Qualifications**
+ Overall 6-10+ years with hands-on software development experience in building Enterprise services and production-grade software systems
+ Lead and Mentor junior engineers to grow their capabilities
+ Demonstrated ability to evaluate and optimize services/applications in real-world, mission-critical environments
+ Strong grasp of system design fundamentals and distributed systems architectural best practices
+ Experienced at building highly available services, possessing knowledge of common service-oriented design patterns and service-to-service communication protocols
+ Proficiency in writing great code in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, Go, or C++ Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, LLMs, AI Agents, and cloud-native architectures
+ Excellent problem-solving skills with a bias for action and execution
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including direct collaboration with enterprise customers and cross org teams
