Duties, Responsibilities & Other Our Building Structures team is looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Baltimore, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of building and building-related structural projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Perform structural design and condition assessments for concrete, steel structures, and other structures. Develop complete construction documentation using AutoCAD and Revit. Lead project teams and coordinate with other disciplines. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior staff. Conduct and review QA/QC for calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure accuracy and code compliance. Plan workloads and manage structural task budgets and schedules. Maintain and build strong client relationships. Participate in all phases of design, including construction administration and bid phase services. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, including field work and client interaction. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural design software Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam/Adobe. Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical writing skills. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of facade engineering projects, balancing technical rigor with clear communication and strong project controls. Duties, Responsibilities & Other KCI Technologies is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to join our MEP practice. This role combines deep technical expertise in electrical building systems design with project leadership responsibilities to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction Project Management and Leadership Oversee and coordinate the successful execution of electrical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, schedules, and budgets. Plan, develop, and direct projects or engineering programs, collaborating closely with Project Managers. Lead teams and supervise engineers, technicians, and sub-consultants as needed. Provide technical oversight, guidance, and leadership in client and project team meetings. Assist with proposals, negotiations, and presentations to support business development and client relationship growth. Project Execution and Technical Oversight Develop electrical design drawings for building systems, including one-line diagrams, load analyses, and panel schedules. Select and specify electrical equipment such as switchboards, panels, transformers, and lighting controls. Research and evaluate product data sheets to identify electrical requirements for equipment. Conduct site visits, gather field data, and compare findings to base plans. Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and review shop drawings. Training, Development, and Compliance Mentor and train junior staff to support professional growth and technical excellence. The ideal candidate will be adept at planning, directing, and monitoring marine engineering and diving projects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct underwater inspections of various structures, including bridges, dams, piers, wharves, marinas, ports, bulkheads, and seawalls. Perform condition inspections and quality control inspections for construction projects. Engage in structural design and analysis of marine structures. Prepare detailed technical reports and oversee the plan development process from concept through final construction plans for new structures, rehabilitations, and repairs. Manage projects effectively, ensuring completion on schedule and within budget. Required Knowledge and Skills: Comprehensive understanding of all facets of commercial diving and ADCI requirements for surface-supplied air diving. Proficiency in structural engineering, design, analysis, and bridge condition inspection is highly desirable. Experience with bridge, waterfront, and/or dam projects is preferred.
