Requirements for the position:
Able to work a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week IN OFFICE)
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field required
Experience cold calling & engaging candidates on job opportunities.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Proven track record of high achievement and outperforming peers
Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
Strong relationship building capabilities

Ability to sell in a consultative style
Strong prospecting or sourcing skills
Ability to communicate with different personalities
