Eric Ayzenberg
Ayzenberg

For the past 20 years, Eric Ayzenberg has been a key player in shaping the direction of video game advertising, integrated marketing, and social digital presence, creating innovative marketing solutions for some of the biggest names in the video game, toy, theatrical, communication and consumer electronic businesses. Eric was born in the Soviet Union, raised on the mean streets of Brooklyn, and educated at Pratt Institute and Art Center College of Design. He is now lucky enough to work and live with his wife Carol and their two daughters in the land of perpetual sunshine. Eric began his career in New York, mastering his craft with stints at ABC, NBC and R/GA. In 1984, he moved to Los Angeles to join Chiat/Day as an art director. Two years later he co-founded Paragon Ad & Design where he applied his talents to advertising for Universal Studios, L.A. Gear and Interplay. In 1993 he founded Ayzenberg Group with the vision of building an agency operating on the cutting edge of web-based technology. As a pioneer in creating strategy and advertising for interactive entertainment companies, Eric led the way in Internet-based innovation for his agency and his clients. In 1997, Ayzenberg became one of the first agencies to create its own website and extranet. That same year, it developed some of the first portals for video game clients. In the years that followed, the agency created result-driven, award-winning online, broadcast and print advertising as well as media solutions, websites and mobile applications for a wide range of companies and brands. Among them were Electronic Arts, Disney Interactive, Microsoft Xbox, Konami, Warner Brothers, Namco Bandai, Capcom and Sony Online Entertainment. Since its founding, Ayzenberg has grown to be one of the largest independent advertising agencies on the US West Coast. Continuing the spirit of innovation that has fostered his company's success, Eric launched the agency's Social Media and Mobile Division in 2007, and the Original Entertainment Content group in 2011.

Madden Media

As a successful co-founder and former military officer, I have built and led successful teams across multiple disciplines as both an entrepreneur and organizational leader. The foundation of my success comes from bringing together the right people who enjoy the challenge of addressing challenging problems.Since my time at West Point, I developed a foundational belief that the application of knowledge is critical to solving the most difficult challenges. Data + Software when tied to business processes and decisions has the ability to substantially impact business and communities.Working with new teams is something I continue to enjoy as a leader, mentor, and investor. I appreciate the opportunity to help shape the future of communities with Madden Media and Arizona through work with TechLaunch Arizona (University of Arizona), StartupTucson, IdeaFunding, and Desert Angels. Having ran successful organizations, this experience provides valuable insight into building successful companies across multiple sectors.
