    Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager I in West Chester, OH. The project manager will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution, working night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM). Key Tasks: * Managing third-party labor teams * Executing a specific phasing plan; Ensuring the phasing plan is completed entirely for each night * Escalating any issues that arise during the night's work or forecasting potential issues * Maintaining in-depth communication between site operations and senior leadership * The role involves extensive travel within the continental United States, potentially anywhere from Seattle to Florida * Candidates need to live close to a major airport for easier travel arrangements (the HM mentioned they want to avoid situations where candidates are 2-3 hours away from an airport, as that made travel difficult in the past) * The job requires being prepared to travel Monday through Friday for the duration of the 9-month assignment, minus major federal holidays; The goal is to assign one project at a time, so travel would likely be to a consistent location for about 5-6 months; There's a possibility that midway through the assignment (around the 5-6 month mark), they might have to travel to different locations week over week if assigned to two projects * The work involves retrofitting existing grocery buildings, modifying them to meet new design requirements and customer needs * Responsibilities include design review, ordering shelving, overseeing installation of new shelving through third-party contractors, and ensuring all work meets permitted standards and food health safety standards * The project manager needs to be able to work in a live operational environment, making changes to buildings while they're still running without impacting customers or associates experience * The role requires strong communication skills, and technological proficiency* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field * 4-7 years of project management experience * Clear and effective" communication skills * Computer proficiency: Experience with email, Microsoft software; Ability to use Blue beam software, CAD * Ability to travel (night work) * Must live near a major airport/metropolitan city * Read Composite/Drawings * Understand/know how to use a computer, Microsoft products, smart sheets, BIM360, Bluebeam and CAD * Strong communication and ability to make decision in high pressure situations * Experienced Projects before * Travel: Willingness to travel 75% Preferred Skills: * PMP certified * Industry Preference: Preference for candidates with construction, grocery, or major retail, major retail construction * Prior experience would be beneficial * Financial: Experience with financial analysis is a plus * Engineering background
