William Walker

​Willy Walker is the third generation of Walkers to lead Walker & Dunlop. Mr. Walker joined the company in 2003 as executive vice president and chief operating officer, became president in 2005, and chief executive officer in 2007. Mr. Walker assumed the role of chairman of the board in 2010 after serving on the company's board since 2000. Under Mr. Walker’s leadership, Walker & Dunlop has grown dramatically from a small, family-owned company to a publicly-traded corporation that is today one of the largest commercial real estate finance companies in the United States. Walker & Dunlop was named one of the ''50 Fastest Growing Companies'' in the Washington Region in 2011 and 2012, one of the ''Great Places to Work'' in 2012, and Mr. Walker won the Ernst & Young ''Entrepreneur of the Year'' award for Financial Services in the Washington Region in 2011.

Terry Kellogg was named President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama in 2010. He joined the organization in 1982 as Vice President & Chief Actuary. He has also served as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and President & Chief Operating Officer. A member of United Way’s Executive Committee for over eight years, Kellogg has served as Chairman of the Audit Committee and as board Treasurer. He and his wife Laura are members of United Way’s Tocqueville Society. Kellogg received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Kansas. He currently serves on the boards of the Birmingham Business Alliance and the Greater Alabama Council- Boy Scouts of America. He is Past Chairman of the Business Council of Alabama . Professionally, he is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.

Steven (Steve) H. Grandfield is president and chief executive officer of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE). Previously, Grandfield served as executive vice president of strategy and innovation, talent, sales, marketing and products. Before coming to BCBSNE in 2003, Grandfield was senior vice president, general manager at First Data Corporation. He currently belongs to the AIM Institute, in addition to serving on the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) Board of Directors, the BCBSA Data Committee, the BCBSA Organization and Governance Committee and the Prime Therapeutics Board of Directors. Grandfield earned his bachelor’s degrees in business management from Northwest Missouri State, and in electrical engineering from the University of Nebraska. Grandfield is active in community service and currently serves on the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee. Previously, he served on the Ak-Sar-Ben Board of Councillors.
