KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Alliances, Oracle OCI to join our Alliances organization.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in the day-to-day alliance relationship and activities with Oracle's Data Platform and OCI Infrastructure teams; support the solution development, sales, and marketing required by the alliance
* Support the firm's participation in Oracle's formal partner program, including training, certifications, awards, software usage rights, opportunity registration, conferences and joint marketing
* Support development, management and approval of a joint business plans, support risk and legal contracts, and gain commitment from interested and affected individuals; provide the service networks with access to product management, development, support and training resources from Oracle
* Educate and align Oracle Data Platform and OCI Infrastructure field sellers / marketers / alliance personnel with KPMGs Oracle practice, sales and industry teams

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college/university preferred; or minimum of a high school diploma or GED required plus five years of previous experience in alliance management
* Experience working with and demonstrable relationships with the Oracle Data platform and OCI Infrastructure sales teams

We are seeking professionals who want to build off their IPO and transactions experience to oversee complex engagements related to IPO/SPAC readiness and execution as well as other transactions and technical accounting projects. * As a Capital Markets Transactions - Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of IPO, SPAC, and other CMT advisory engagements. Other responsibilities will include:
* Identify, prepare and participate in proposals and marketplace activities.
* Lead IPO readiness and execution engagements, including project planning, stakeholder management, and delivery of key milestones.
* Strengthen client relationships and generate additional engagement opportunities through excellent quality, timely execution and a strategic approach to service delivery.
* Supervise, coach and mentor all levels of staff. Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback and training. Develop and communicate workplace culture and code of conduct.
* Be part of a team that assists clients in preparing the financial and reporting aspects of an IPO/ SPAC, such as:
* Assess public company readiness
* SEC reporting requirements
* Technical accounting matters
* GAAP conversion from or into international accounting standards, e.g., IFRS or US GAAP
* Preparation of the financial disclosures including assisting with the preparation of SEC documents
* Services implementing corporate governance structures, streamlined close, consolidate report processes, consideration of investor relations, human capital, and operational improvements
* Oversee multiple workstreams concurrently, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and adherence to project objectives.
* Provide technical expertise on accounting and financial reporting matters related to transactions.
* Manage engagement economics, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Develop, maintain and leverage internal contacts across Deloitte businesses.
* Be an advisor to newly public and private clients to assist with accounting and financial reporting, among other areas.

Candidate profile
