* Monitor and support production automations, triage incidents, and drive root‑cause fixes and continuous improvement; follow platform governance: change control, coding standards, reusable component libraries, and secure secrets management
* Collaborate cross‑functionally (BA, QA, PM, SA) to prioritize backlog items and deliver value in sprints; communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly
* Implement bot tasks under the guidance of senior developers; write unit tests and address review comments; execute data extraction, screen automation, and document processing (including IQ Bot/Document AI) following patterns and guardrails; contribute to migration or enhancement tasks (for example: v11→A360) and small fixes
* Own end‑to‑end delivery for small/medium automations: solution design, build, test, deploy, hand‑off to support
* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
* Minimum two years of recent experience in software/RPA development or coursework, internship; familiarity with Automation Anywhere A360 (training or project), plus foundations in Python language and SQL
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; certifications in Automation Anywhere A360Master/Professional preferred and other RPA tool certifications welcome
* Understanding of SDLC, testing, and documentation; eagerness to learn RPA patterns and governance
* Hands‑on with Control Room, role‑based access, API/REST integrations, and bot lifecycle management
* Clear track record of delivering secure, supportable automations with measurable impact
