In 1998, Vic created Health Media pioneering Web-based “digital health coaching.” The company set a new benchmark for scalable, effective lifestyle and condition management program delivery in the employer and health plan wellness markets. Health Media was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in 2008.

Lisa has a PhD in engineering from Stanford University and extensive experience in the software industry. She has successfully led product innovation for a variety of mobile, web and desktop applications. Prior to joining JOOL Health, Lisa served as Vice President of Technology at Ideomed Inc., a mobile health company. At Ideomed she built and led the product development team and served as the company’s initial privacy and security officer for HIPAA compliance. Lisa held product management and product development leadership roles at MSC Software, Mechanical Dynamics and Engineering Animation and earlier in her career she was a Senior Scientist at Transom Technologies. She also spent time on the faculty at the University of Minnesota.
