Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key skills; Registered Nurse (RN), Urgent Care, Emergency Department (ED) or Fast-Paced Ambulatory Care, BLS, Triage
Licensure: Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license or Multi-State Compact RN license.
Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN), Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. BSN preferred.
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required prior to hire. ACLS and PALS are highly preferred and may be required.
Experience: Experience with direct patient care is preferred. Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Department, Ambulatory Care, or a similar fast-paced outpatient setting is highly desired.
Skills: Excellent clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills. Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent time management, and respond calmly to emergencies. Proficiency with basic computer skills and technology is required.
