Job Description
General Responsibilities:
The CCS will partner with all parties informed of the status of open issues and will work closely with escalation partners to identify, document and monitor any and all exceptions to the standard processes to create a list of best practices.
Maintaining relationships with existing customers includes problem solving by the CCS, by consulting with dealers and educating them about Manheim and ancillary partners.
Part of this process will include identifying, assessing and resolving these issues and determining who needs communication on these issues, including central functions such as IT or Product, or any such Manheim Partners.
May work across other departments to train on resolving different client issues.
The CCS will provide responsive, timely telephone, chat and email support. The CCS shall personally act as the single, point-of-contact for their issues from identification through resolution as often as possible (i.e. take the call and handle internally vs. transfer or provide other contacts).
The CCS will also oversee/monitor the resolution to all problems, regardless of delegation to other departments.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
High School Diploma/GED
Generally, less than 2 years of experience
Preferred:
Minimum of 2 years of Call center and/or client interfacing experience
Multi-task and prioritize required. Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at a time.
Understand foundational levels of computers and technology, internet, email
Excellent oral and written communications skills, particularly in a phone or email context,
Experience working in a contact center metrics driven environment
Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge

Job Description
The Advisory & Assurance IT/Technology Manager will assist in the execution of the department's plan, budget, objectives, and goals by: building and directing technology focused cross‐departmental project teams; preparing and managing project budgets and staffing/resource allocations; developing and maintaining technology specific templates, methodologies, and tools supporting the department's portfolio of services; and assisting in the direction of the department's data analytics strategy. Responsibilities

Qualifications
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

What You'll Do

Job Responsibilities
The CNC Technician needs to have strong mechanical and electrical proficiency, to be able to troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment. This position reports directly to the Service Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Traveling to customer sites to install, fix, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls for customer's organizations (Company provided vehicle & gas for travel paid for by the company)
Using on-line technical documents, manuals and vendor resources to research machine issues
Ensuring accurate documentation is completed and submitted to office and customer in regards to status of machine issues, repairs, and installation
Promoting and performing preventative maintenance on customer machine tool equipment and conducting after-sales technical support and training
Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company
Training in CNC repair and Haas equipment is part of the on-boarding process, with factory certification within the first year.

UATL is seeking an experienced Senior Editor to grow and guide coverage of Black culture and define and implement strategy for the AJC's Black culture brand and product.
The role is at the senior manager level and works with senior AJC leadership to establish the scope and vision of the brand and the goals and impacts that will determine success. This leader is also responsible for building and maintaining a team and establishing roles and responsibilities.
Key responsibilities:
Brand strategy - Set the goals and vision for the UATL brand and designs systems and
processes to ensure those goals and visions are carried out.
* Develop a high level of strategy expertise though reader research, audience
analytics, government reports, study of coverage from other organizations
* Establish short-range and long-range content and audience growth plans through various avenues including brainstorming meetings, team meetings and
consultation with leadership colleagues
* Act on and incorporate knowledge from audience metrics and research into the plan.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Collaboration - Collaborate with other newsroom senior editors and managers to calibrate and coordinate high-level changes in resources, priorities and plans.
* Effectively communicate upcoming plans and challenges through written and
verbal communication and meetings
* Adjust priorities and resources according to changing circumstances, sharing
resources with other teams when necessary
* Assist with identifying development opportunities for newsroom at large
Team oversight - Coach and performance-manage a multi-disciplined, high-achieving
team to ever improving results, managing productivity and quality of contributions to
AJC & UATL journalism.
* Supervise day-to-day coverage and short and long-range content plans
* Create an environment focused on continuous learning and improvement, fostering close-knit collaboration.

* Identify and act on development opportunities for team members

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 8 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 6 years' of experience; a Ph.D. and 3 years' of experience in a related field; or 12 years' experience in a related field.
* 3+ years' experience in a management or leadership role
* Demonstrated strong news judgment and excellent editing ability.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams to follow standards and execute large-scale news initiatives.
* Strong ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and disseminate information.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The IT Operations Senior Specialist, Security works as an integral part of the Urban Science Security Team to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of company and client information assets. The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Strategic Planning Manager to oversee the financial operations for our data syndication business. This role is responsible for monthly revenue, forecasting, and reporting, serving as the subject matter expert on all revenue-related activities within the data syndication domain.
The position requires an operations background, deep analytics skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a strong ability to work across teams internally as well as maintain external customer relationships. Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of syndication revenue, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of financial operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field and 6 years' experience in consulting, process improvement, operations, or financial analysis. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
