Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and four or more years of experience in a related field. Job Responsibilities
The CNC Technician needs to have strong mechanical and electrical proficiency, to be able to troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment. This position reports directly to the Service Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Traveling to customer sites to install, fix, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls for customer's organizations (Company provided vehicle & gas for travel paid for by the company)
Using on-line technical documents, manuals and vendor resources to research machine issues
Ensuring accurate documentation is completed and submitted to office and customer in regards to status of machine issues, repairs, and installation
Promoting and performing preventative maintenance on customer machine tool equipment and conducting after-sales technical support and training
Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company
Training in CNC repair and Haas equipment is part of the on-boarding process, with factory certification within the first year.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The IT Operations Senior Specialist, Security works as an integral part of the Urban Science Security Team to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of company and client information assets. This individual will support ISO certified information, privacy, and environmental management systems - based on ISO 27001, 27701, and 14001 Standards. This includes management of the assessable asset catalog, risk/vulnerability assessment of information assets, risk management to full remediation and closure, and provision of ISMS/risk metrics and reporting.
This role has current Hybrid Workplace flexibility with preference for a candidate that resides local to one of our offices, with availability to work in-person two to three days per week. We are headquartered in Detroit, MI and have additional U.S. based offices in Atlanta, Dallas (Plano), LA (Long Beach), Nashville (Franklin), New York (Woodcliff Lake, NJ), and Washington D.C. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support and operations of a global ISO 27001, 27701, and 14001 information security, privacy, and environmental management system.

The Contract Management Senior Manager is responsible for managing the contract life cycle/contracting process for a sales team, from initiation through execution, including administration of assigned contract portfolio. Contract Intake:
Review contract requests and client paper contract submissions.
Work with the stakeholders to obtain any missing documents and background/context for the request.
Set up kickoff call if needed to fully understand business intent of the negotiation.
Formulate a strategy for approaching the contract given all inputs.
Legal Contract Reviews / Drafting / Negotiation /Maintenance:
Decide on whether there is CAI template suitable for the contract request. If so, work with stakeholders to populate and draft business terms. Apply advanced skills in contract terms and conditions, risk mitigation and negotiating points.
If reviewing a third-party contract, complete initial review and identify areas of deviation from Cox standards or business capabilities/intent. Update draft to reflect more standard terms based on your expert knowledge of CAI risk tolerance and business requirements. Apply advanced skills in contract terms and conditions, risk mitigation and negotiating points.
Resolve unique problems associated with contract terms not agreed and stalled negotiation activities by applying critical and strategic thinking plus experience of what has worked well in the past.

Facilitate collaboration and feedback from stakeholders and incorporate feedback into contract while deciding what if anything should be adjusted to align with key business objectives.

Partner with Legal and Business Operations to develop and implement contract process and best practices based on your observations of what would be best for the organization with the intent of reducing contract turn time; update as needed.
Steward updates to policy development, such as provisions that require business approvals, and guidelines for legal engagement. Actively work to improve processes to help ensure favorable outcomes for the business, while effectively managing risk for Cox.

The Senior Accounting Analyst, Integration & Process Improvement role is part of Cox Automotive's Fleet Solutions, Finance Process Center of Excellence (CoE). This is an important position that supports the delivery of organizational process excellence and M&A integration. This position reports directly to the BPD&I Manager - Fleet Solutions and serves as a partner by engaging with business stakeholders within the company to anticipate business needs and drive strong decision making through implementation of process improvements/best practices, continuous improvement, metrics, and system integration.
This position will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Fleet Solutions process areas. The Fleet Solutions scope includes system integration and requires strong accounting knowledge in areas such as Journal Entries, General Ledger, Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, and Reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory management.
This position will focus on process centralization, standardization, and optimization across policies, process, data, reporting, systems security, compliance, and financial controls. Job Responsibilities:
Help to support and drive forward the deployment of the ongoing roadmap of integration solutions

Qualifications:

Cox Automotive Inventory Solutions is a highly active area. On occasion, the Senior User Experience Research may need to assist with the creation of interaction designs in support of initiatives as needed.
Understands the project goals and translates the goals into an intuitive design structure that enables users to successfully achieve goals and complete tasks
Develops and/or contributes to prototype development
Communicates interaction design and UX requirements to the implementation team.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4+ years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 16 years' experience in a related field
4+ years of UX research experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating mixed-methods expertise.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Deep knowledge of qualitative methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, ethnography) and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, A/B testing, behavioral analytics).
Strong skills in data synthesis and storytelling-able to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
Experience with research tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, Dovetail) and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proven ability to be a contributing member of a cross-functional team and inspire team confidence in and respect for the contributions of research and focused design to enhance user experience
A demonstrated ability to effectively partner with and communicate to stakeholders, designers, product managers and engineering development team members
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in automotive, e-commerce, or enterprise SaaS environments.
Familiarity with design thinking and agile development processes.
Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
