As a Team Leader at Goodwill, you will assist management with the daily operations of a retail store/ outlet. The Team Leader will direct staff to ensure the retail store/outlet operates efficiently. Job Description To qualify for this position, you'll need a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience working with people with disabilities, either paid or through volunteering. You should also be comfortable with basic computer skills, such as using Google Suite, Word, and Excel.
