Pros of working at Leadership Greater Chicago

Working with the fellows is such an amazing experience and being in the room with leaders who are shaping Chicago is incredible

Cons of working at Leadership Greater Chicago

Leadership is awful. Even with the transition to a new CEO, you will work in a toxic work environment. CEO is very demanding, selfish and doesn’t care about work life balance. Here it’s about making them look good in front of people despite your needs. It is never a full capacity team with only 7 people on staff to do the work of a team of 25 people so you will constantly be burned out with lack of resources. They hire who they know personally and wipe out people who were on the team who aren’t an asset to them.

Nothing. Very toxic. I like that people are diverse but that’s it
