About the Role
Hinge Health is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to join the legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal ops professional to join the market leader of Digital Health MSK services at a critical phase of the company's growth. As part of the Legal Ops team, the Legal Operations Manager will manage Legal and Compliance team operations by creating, managing, and improving processes for the efficient delivery of legal services by the Legal and Compliance team to stakeholders throughout the company. Duties will include managing strategic and high visibility projects, improving the use of legal technologies, improving workflows, developing process documentation and training. This position will also work cross-functionally across business teams and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to maximize the efficiency of the Legal team, create and execute plans to improve Legal Ops functionality and impact, and scale processes to support our Legal team and enterprise goals.
What You'll Accomplish
Work cross-functionally in project managing key company-wide initiatives driven by our team, building and tracking project features, milestones, and dependencies
Create processes and templates to organize projects, legal advice and document business processes
Provide ongoing assistance to various legal functions, including product, commercial, employment and compliance, including managing administration of the company's patent program
Build, manage and improve legal self-service and knowledge management resources
Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the legal team's performance and efficiency; create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide leadership with insights into legal spend and operational trends
Lead the selection, implementation, and management of legal technology solutions, including AI, e-billing, and ticketing systems
Oversee the entire outside counsel and legal vendor management lifecycle, including onboarding, billing, and performance tracking; manage and administer the legal team's billing platform
Develop and manage the legal department's annual budget and forecasting processes in collaboration with Finance

Basic Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. degree and legal operations management experience
2-3+ years experience in the areas of legal operations or project management, in-house or at a law firm preferred
Able to develop project plans and timelines, align key stakeholders and drive project completion
Experience breaking down processes and identifying key pain points to support business improvements
Able to prioritize effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize multiple high-importance activities, driving results
Exercise sound judgment, learn quickly and work well under time pressures
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a healthcare technology company
Able to provide executive-level project management
Proactive, resourceful and able to function independently with minimal supervision
Excellent oral and written communication, research, interpersonal and organizational skills

Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job and taking on new responsibilities
Previous experience managing IP programs
Strong understanding of legal department metrics, budgeting, and financial analysis
Legal operations certification (e.g., CLOC, ACC Legal Ops) or Project Management Certification
Experience with legal technology:
Legal e-billing software (e.g., Brightflag, Legal Tracker, Team Connect, Passport, SimpleLegal, Onnit)

This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $118,400 - $177,600.

Reviews quality of medical record and communicates when conflicting data are found, the clinical documentation integrity specialist (CDIS) conveys deficiencies to the department lead for more information to resolve the conflict.
Keeps abreast of regulatory changes related to documentation, coding and communicate these changes to appropriate staff. Follows documentation guidelines and legal requirements to ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory bodies. Attends ongoing education sessions.
Acts as a liaison between the medical staff and the coding department. Works collaboratively with physicians and coding staff to ensure that clinical information in the medical record is present and accurate so that the appropriate clinical diagnosis and level of severity is captured for the level of service rendered to all patients. Attends scheduled physician and care management meetings as requested and reviews requested cases prior to the meetings.

The remote Feeding and/or Hand Bilingual Spanish Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to pediatric patients via telehealth. They will work with a diverse caseload of patients, assessing their needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to promote improved functional abilities and independence.

Summary
As a Workforce Management Specialist I, you will perform essential functions of real-time management, capacity planning, and schedule administration as part of the Workforce Management Program. The Workforce Management Specialist I also creates valuable reporting on KPIs, reviews future staffing and time-off requests to ensure accurate staffing is on hand to manage forecasted volume, track and report on departmental shrinkage, and recommends process improvements to enhance the help-seeker experience.
Primary Duties
Contribute to the development of advanced workforce management reporting, key performance indicator and automated scheduling systems to advance overall organizational excellence in the scheduling and performance optimization of +400 front line crisis call, chat and text staff and volunteers.
Create, manage, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly per diem and volunteer counselor schedules to ensure optimal coverage and adherence to service level agreements.
Continuously monitor real-time call volumes, queues, and agent availability, taking corrective actions to maintain Didi Hirsch's contractually obligated service levels.
Administer and monitor the attendance line, ensuring timely notifications to leadership regarding tardiness or absences; analyze the impact of absences and make real-time staffing decisions (ex: shifting of clinical supervisors into front line crisis counselor role) to mitigate absentee impacts.
Generate and distribute real-time performance reports to leadership, highlighting areas of concern and recommending immediate corrective actions.
Identify appropriate timeframes for offline activities, such as breaks, lunches, training sessions and meetings, to minimize impact on operational performance.
Administer shift bids for new employees, ensuring a fair and transparent process for selecting schedules as they become available.
Collaborate with leadership to solicit additional coverage from per diem staff during peak times or unexpected call volume surges. Approve or deny Paid Time Off (PTO) requests based on operational requirements, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain detailed records of schedule changes, PTO approvals, and other workforce-related activities to support audit and compliance requirements.
Position Requirements
3+ years Contact Center Workforce Management experience or related skills preferred.
