MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Full ownership responsibilities of the resolution process from the initial contact with the User to resolution of the Incident, Problem or Service Request.
Assume responsibility for Incident, Problem and Service Request resolution regardless of the party performing the work, i.e., if the work is performed by an organization external to the Service Desk (SD), the SD is still responsible for tracking and documenting the resolution process.
Support projects associated with making incremental changes to the operational artifacts in response to governance, industry, or customer requirements.
Follow-up on resolved tickets to check quality, get user concurrence of ticket closure, and to report customer satisfaction.
Work with operational and other teams to ensure final summary, review, analysis, resolution, and lessons learned are documented in Incident Reports for all major incidents and unplanned service outages and submitted in writing to EADS management and the COR no later than seven days of the event or issue.
Establish and maintain data in the EADS error tracking database daily; document workarounds and generate known error sub-processes to facilitate quicker diagnosis and resolution for future incidents.
Engage in 100% of Service Desk calls, Incidents and Services workflows, processes, and queues to immediately identify, prioritize and address performance issues that will impact the delivery of services to Users.
Ensure 100% non-IT requests are properly routed to appropriate support organizations.

Provide account sponsorship to initiate new user documentation, training, access, and orientation processes.
Review user paperwork to 100% accuracy and submit to EADS CFP for creation within 48 hours of initiation of new user documentation.

Responsible for on-site support of computing devices (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.) and associated software.
Configure, install, and troubleshoot approved laptops, desktops, printers, network- connected copiers, scanners, and other office IT equipment.
Configure, install, and troubleshoot approved software elements including the operating system (OS). IAW government regulations.
Maintain and upgrade software elements, including the OS. IAW government regulations.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
Troubleshoot configuration problems.
Assist users with application usage questions and concerns.
Escalate hardware repair/replacement issues to EADS representatives within 12 hours, if applicable.
Report to the EADS representative weekly, as specified by the government, on all performance expectations.
Provide first-look capability for cryptographic equipment items. Contractor shall be able to perform operator functions on data encryption devices to include several models of KG and KIV units and secure voice systems to include STE, vIPer, DRSN, SVoIP and ECVoIP devices.
Perform first-look maintenance activities on information systems. If unable to correct computer or network problems, coordinate with the help desk for further assistance. Support Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI), Joint Range Extension (JRE), Global Command & Control Systems, BCS-F and CBC2 systems and other mission systems as required.
Provide user support and first-look capability for the A/V and Secure Video Teleconferencing Capacity (VTC) systems at EADS.
Maintain, update, and create draft technical documentation, policies, and procedures for ensuring continuity of knowledge and operations.
Capability to interact with Senior Leadership (Colonel/Civilian Equivalent - Lieutenant General)
Meet these performance expectations:
Route and/or assign trouble tickets within 2 hours the next business day.
Complete assigned incident tickets no later than 15 days after creation.
Escalate, within 24 hours, all tickets that will breach 15 days from creation.
Ensure no more than 15% of all incident tickets in the backlog are more than 30 days old unless coordinated and approved by the Government.
Able to resolve 50% of issues during the initial engagement with users.
Follow-up with users within 72 hours of issue closure.
Perform other incidental or administrative duties as required and assigned.
Annual salary range is 70k to 71K starting out, including health and welfare.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Staff members reporting to Restaurant Manager: Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor, Restaurant Team Members
The Restaurant Manager supervises restaurant management and staff, as well as daily operations of a Subway to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained. The Restaurant Manager maintains standards of restaurant safety and security. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
It is the expectation that the Restaurant Manager will handle ALL daily aspects of running and managing the restaurant, being available to answer calls and questions and ensures that all shifts are adequately filled. The Restaurant Manager will supervise the staff and delegate items to the team.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Guest Satisfaction:
● Maintains customer service levels of self and all staff to ensure customer service meets and exceeds the guest's expectations
● Provides ongoing customer service training to all staff, including managers, promoting high standards of excellence
Operations:
● Manages the daily operations of a Subway Restaurant, including inventory, deliveries, training of staff, scheduling, proper waste tracking, and more.
● Supervises food preparation to ensure that food safety and Subway standards met.
● Ensures all Subway brand standards are maintained in accordance with the Subway Operations Manual.
● Actively promotes and engages in the upselling of add-ons, meal deals, and more to increase sales into the restaurant.
● Performs paperwork duties, product orders and inventory, including inputting into POS and reconciling errors.
● Prepares and delivers daily deposits of cash funds to the bank and prepares daily paperwork.
● Daily reconciliation of money and unit counts to ensure accurate inventory control
● Review of promotional windows and new Subway materials with self and staff to ensure compliance with all local, regional, and national Subway guidelines
● Attendance at any Subway meetings
Technology and Equipment:
● Maintains the provided iPad, POS system, computers, printers, and other technology in a suitable manner, only being used for approved Subway purposes
● Manages the inventory control settings on the iPad, including available items and prep settings

Staff Development:
● Ensures staff are properly trained in all areas of restaurant operations. Delegation of duties is key. It is not the expectation that the manager would do all of these duties on a daily basis, but have a staff that can do these duties while the manager supervises them.
● Manages a staff of approximately 6-12. Assigns, oversees and evaluates work of their staff.
● Recommends promotion, transfer, or termination of employees.
● May conduct written and verbal staff evaluations, policy reminders, and warnings with approval of the Operations Manager
● Completes University of SUBWAY courses as directed for Sandwich Artistry or other applicable curriculum as and ensure team members have completed all University of Subway curriculum in the timely and assigned manner.
● Prepares weekly schedule using LiveIQ Scheduler by Wednesday night for Operations Manager to check every week.
● Ensures that, in the event of a call-off or scheduling issue, that all shifts in the restaurant are filled by either a staff member or the Restaurant Management Team, if need be.
Requirements:
● Ability to work any area of the restaurant on any shift, when needed.
● Restaurant Managers are “working managers” - with approximately 32-38 hours “on shift” and 1-2 hours of “manager time” during the week to get the necessary paperwork done.
● Physical ability to bend, stand, and walk the entire workday.
● Physical ability to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
● Positive attitude
● Patience with staff members - as many are on their first job in food service and are learning the “Subway way”.
● Ability to train and delegate to staff members
● Professionalism in the workplace
● Ability to differentiate when to be an employee's friend and when to be their boss
● Ability to both take and give direction
● Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions - rather than only presenting problems to the franchisee.
● Ability to work with each staff member a minimum of 3 hours every month. The Restaurant Manager is required to work two closing shifts week, and 1 weekend shift.
● Must be digitally inclined enough to utilize email as a form of communication.
● Overall, it is the expectation that, over time, the Restaurant Manager would learn to run this restaurant as if they owned it themselves, yet understanding at the end of the day they still answer to the District Manager. They should be a self-starter who can assess trends in business to determine the correct amounts of staffing, prep, and baking needed for that day. A solid Restaurant Manager will be independent and able to “think on their feet.”

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Patrols occupied and/or vacant buildings and grounds in assigned areas to detect criminal activity, security breaches, safety hazards and maintenance problems. Initiates appropriate and necessary action to eliminate problems reported or discovered. Locks and unlocks buildings and rooms according to schedule or staff, faculty, or student needs.
Responds to reported incidents and calls for service, takes necessary action as appropriate for the situation according to guidelines established by Munson-Williams and departmental policies and procedures. Assists victims of crimes with making police complaints if desired.
Writes and submits in a timely manner complete, detailed, and accurate reports concerning incidents, accidents, calls for service, and patrol activities.
Enforces campus traffic and parking regulations, directs pedestrian and vehicle traffic, provides information and directions, helps arrange assistance for motorists with mechanical problems, issues parking tickets, and arranges towing of vehicles as necessary
Assists Munson and Pratt Munson campus officials, local law enforcement agencies, fire and other public safety official in the performance of those duties which relate to the mission of the department in maintaining law, order, and public safety at Munson
Performs various duties consistent with Munson's fire prevention and general safety programs. These include inspection of fire safety equipment, conducting fire drills, and routine area inspection for physical or general OSHA safety hazards.
Attend and participate in department meetings and successfully complete mandatory and other assigned training programs. Training may occur during regularly scheduled days and hours or at other times. Attendance at training programs may require travel.
Perform duties outlined for Dispatcher for short periods of relief or full shifts in a staffing shortage. In case of an emergency or serious incident, the senior officer on duty will function as the officer in charge until relieved by a supervisor.
Be available for additional work assignments in addition to regularly scheduled shifts. This may include security for special events, manpower shortages, and weather or natural disaster emergencies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Requires high school diploma and 1 to 3 years of job-related experience. College coursework in criminal justice or related human services discipline, specialized training in security and safety and/or 2 years of experience in a college or institutional setting or police or peace officer experience with certified academy training is preferred.
NYS Security Guard license is required
Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills are necessary. Candidates must be able to operate communications equipment such as two-way radio, CCTV and security alarms. Ability to effectively communicate with staff, students, faculty and visitors an integral part of position. Previous experience as radio dispatcher/telephone operator preferred
