The Office Engagement Coordinator will help consumers by checking the progress of their goals for recovery and assist the CSS in attending psychiatric appointments when a CSS cannot be present. They will also take the lead in handling emergencies, crisis and walk-ins. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Meet with all consumers coming in for appointments to specifically review and update consumer profiles, document any changes, update Release of Information Forms, and review medical records and medications to ensure that they are still current.
