Leidos is seeking an Industrial Security Representative (ISR)/FSO to support the Air Force Cloud 1 ACSS contract in Concord MA. The ISR/FSO is responsible for safeguarding industrial installations, resources, materials, tools, and information essential to the organization's operations. Protects and manages classified information and equipment developed by, or en trusted to, the organization, requiring in-depth understanding of security policies, procedures, and oversight requirements for the proper classification, access, handling, storage, and destruction of classified or sensitive material. Responsible for developing, implementing and analyzing programs ensuring adherence to federal laws, regulations and directives for classification management. Responsible for management of clearance prescreening, verification and maintenance, including upgrades or downgrades, crossovers of existing clearances, continuous vetting, and periodic reinvestigations at all clearance levels. Responsible for foreign visitor and facility access, special and restricted access programs, briefing and debriefing individuals on requirements and responsibilities of privileged access to sensitive programs. Senior levels may also include oversight of threat mitigation, including the planning, development and management of corporate asset protection programs.
The ISR/FSO works under the guidance of the Leidos Defense & Intel IT, Business Area Security Manager in the application of Leidos security standards and practices to existing government facilities identified by the contract.
The ISR/FSO is responsible for implementing the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met. The ISR/FSO will directly support the customer and be committed to protecting classified information, assets, and secure spaces. The candidate will serve as a security team member and will directly interface and collaborate with key leaders and customers. This position requires 6+ months of training on a Domestic Assignment to **Pax River, MD and Rancho Bernardo, CA.** After training is completed, it is expected that the candidate will be available to deploy to **Japan, Italy, United Arab Emirates, or Guam** for a minimum of **24 months** , based on current business needs. Northrop Grumman's Space Sector is seeking a Quality Engineer - Level 2 or Level 3 to join our team in Devens, MA. **This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.**
AOA Xinetics (AOX), a wholly owned Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Strategic Business Unit, designs, develops, and manufactures precision, advanced optical products and systems such as deformable mirrors, optical systems, adaptive optics control systems and silicon carbide optical structures for the U.S. Government, commercial customers, and U.S. defense prime and second-tier contractors. Markets for these technologies include civilian astronomy and semiconductor capital equipment as well as defense Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Directed Energy.
AOX delivers industrial photonics systems and development services for a variety of customers and applications. AOX excels in a range of applications from adaptive optical systems, deformable mirrors, wave-front sensors, precision actuators, to photonic systems that acquire and process data in real time for a variety of high availability applications.

Reporting to the Quality Engineering Manager, the Quality Engineer will develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished product. You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place and met at all times; you will devise and implement methods, procedures, and plans for evaluating the precision and - conformance of products characteristics. You will also audit the Quality and Business Management Systems for effectiveness. You will ensure that corrective measures when implemented, meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements. You will have input in the areas of design, supplied material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality, and an added plus if possesses lean and six-sigma quality engineering methodologies.
**This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.**
**In this job, you will:**
+ Develop and implement Program Quality Plans for opto-electrical components, sub-systems and systems, based on customer and internal specification requirements
+ Develop and maintain standards for quality, including operating methods, processes, systems and procedures; Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to establish and sustain process capability
+ Evaluate components and sub-systems; Review and verify electro-optical testing methods and test environments; Compile data and define changes required in product design, testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements; Evaluate product compliance and readiness to release
+ Recommend test methods, statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product Quality, and propose changes to improve system and/or process capability
+ Develop documentation as required to support customer and test/certification requirements
+ Perform first article qualifications, Failure Investigations, and effectively drive resolution processes. Manage improvement projects to drive Operational Excellence
+ Participate in MRB Process
+ Support and process Mission Assurance requirements as needed
+ Execute other assignments based on Business needs
**Basic Qualifications for** **Level 2:**
+ Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience - OR - Master's degree with 0 years of professional experience.
+ No clearance required to start
+ Understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100
+ Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
+ Experience developing and implementing Program Quality Plans and support processes
+ Ability to interpret Engineering Drawings
+ Experience using product verification instruments including CMM - CMM programming capability is a plus
+ Experience in RCCA; Continuous Improvement; and Process Engineering
+ Proficiency with MS Office applications

Primary Level Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $125,200.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $103,600.00 - $155,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
