Leidos is currently seeking a Program Security Representative (PSR) to provide multidisciplinary life-cycle security support and protection for high priority programs at a high performance, dynamic USG organization. PSR must possess and have successfully demonstrated technical security competence, excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, and the interpersonal skills necessary to determine and implement the proper and effective security policy and procedures for the protection of classified information for Collateral, SAP, and/or SCI efforts.
The duties of a PSR include, but are not limited to:
+ Using knowledge of the various security disciplines such as Physical Security, Personnel Security, Information System Security, Operational Security, and Industrial Security to determine, apply, and monitor appropriate security requirements for assigned programs.
+ Reviewing PSQs, preparing processing and reviewing PARs, and performing checks in common databases such as DISS and JADE.
+ Research and recommend to the government PSO long and short-range security strategies and tactics for new or established programs.
+ Apply a working knowledge of: Executive Order 13526, NISPOM, NISPOM Overprint, DCID, ICD series,DoD Manual 5200.01 V1-V4, DoD Manual 5205.07, etc.
+ Develop dynamic and evolving security strategies for customer(s) across an enterprise of multiple programs at diverse security levels.
+ Support the creation, processing, coordination, and approval of Program Security documents and entering such information into applicable databases.
+ Plan, coordinate, and manage security support for classified testing activities.
+ Assist in the planning, coordination, and managing of security support for activities overseas.
+ Assist in the development, review, coordination, and execution of a wide range of Program Security documentation to include:
+ Security Classification Guides for Collateral and Special Access Programs

+ Public Affairs and Perception Management Plans
+ Security Test Plans and Concept of Operations Plans

Overview
The primary responsibility of the Campus Safety Officer is to be the first response to emergencies and other problems in the facility. Is responsible for assuring the general security of the facility and residents. Completes necessary physical plant repairs and routine work assignments. Essential Functions
Performs two campus safety security rounding's per shift including vehicular patrols of all Duncaster properties, and documents in current security software.
Immediately reports any an all-emergency situation to the “On-Call” manager and other leadership staff as needed.
Responsible for installation, control, and performance of security lock down of entire facility as scheduled including locking all ground floor doors and windows and meeting all lockdown requirements.
Acts as a first responder to emergencies and other problems in facility and takes appropriate action.
Performs scheduled routine preventative maintenance as well as initial repairs and troubleshooting of resident and staff work orders and requests.
Communicates with supervisor, status of all assigned work orders.
Recognizes when others need assistance and offers to help. Assists individuals with information or directions whenever requested.
Contributes to meeting the fluctuating staffing needs of the department as evidenced by flexibility in own assignments and work schedules as evidenced by supervisor observation.
Follows all policies and procedures, annual mandatory in-services, required meetings, and all other conditions of employment are consistently met.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
Must have a valid Class D driver's license with no major violations or restrictions.
Must be able to read, write, speak, the English language in an understandable manner.
Must be able to handle emergency situations in an effective and calm manner.
Must have general knowledge of security procedures and first aid.
Environment and Working Conditions
Ability to focus on task needs and perform intellectual executive functions as related to the functions of the facilities operation.
Ability to execute intellectual tasks and duties under conditions of high demand and distraction.
Ability to complete the essential functions of the position with or with adaptive personal devices (e.g., hearing aid, corrective lenses).
Ability to operate equipment and technology required for the position.
Able to wear personal protective equipment.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Able to assist with the evacuation of residents under emergency status to the best of their physical ability.
Able to function independently with integrity and work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
Able to constantly stand, walk, and move intermittently throughout the workday.
Able to frequently push and/or pull a force of up to 26 pounds as relates to maintenance cart, etc.
Able to reach overhead, bend, and occasionally carry or lift up to 50 pounds and frequently carry or lift up to 35 pounds. Able to occasionally carry or lift objects in excess of 50 pounds with assistance.
Able to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Able to work in outdoor elements and in all types of weather.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
The Staff on Duty is responsible for monitoring the safety and security of the facility through supervision of residents and their guests.
The Staff on Duty teaches residents socially appropriate behavior by role-modeling. She/he must be a self-motivated individual who functions as part of a clinical environment which provides supportive services and resources to residents.
The Staff on Duty is directly supervised by the Deputy Director of Operations/Deputy Director/Program Director.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct hourly facility runs and document findings on log sheets.
Maintain all necessary communication in the facility log book.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility through daily supervision of residents assigned to housekeeping job functions.
Maintain updated resident database, bed sheets, and room assignments.
Ensure that all therapeutic activities are properly facilitated and begin and end in a timely fashion.
When assigned, facilitate and monitor morning meeting
Participate in crisis intervention and provide close observation and supervision of residents in crisis.
Distribute legal letters, medical feedback and metro cards to residents.
Monitor all residents leaving and reentering the facility.
Address all resident medical needs via the medical on-call policy & procedure.
When necessary, conduct resident screening for contraband and conduct urine toxicology tests.
Complete all incident reports prior to the completion of shift.
Ensure that all residents sign the HRA sign in sheet on a daily basis.
Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings.
Attend all required in-service training seminars.
Participate in quality improvement activities.
Other relevant duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
High school diploma or G.E.D required.
Prior experience working in a clinical, mental health, housing or chemical dependency setting preferred.
Must demonstrate appropriate written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.
