Leidos is seeking a Senior-level Desktop Support Technician to support a government site in Bremerton, WA as one of the key members of the Field Services team. The candidate will be responsible for direct desk-side support to the customer, troubleshooting and repairing IT devices.
The work location for this position will be at a government site and will require the ability to:
* Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. for up to a 100 feet at a time; must be able to lift 25 lbs. vertically using ladders.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust & mature global network security solutions.
Your expertise in configuring enterprise-grade Juniper firewalls, managing DMZ environments, engineering secure VPN solutions, administering Cisco network appliances (such as Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower, and Cisco ISR/ASR routers), and supporting WAN infrastructure will be crucial. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and project management teams to safeguard our network infrastructure against threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring the highest levels of operational integrity. You will be a member of a technical team, managing customer relationships and overseeing key resources for Incident Response, Change Management, Problem Management, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and ITSM and DevSecOps initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited To:
* Support Current Operations for the United States Navy by providing VPN, WAN, DMZ, Firewall, and Cisco Network Engineering Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for the largest Intranet in the world. A qualified candidate for this position would be responsible for network modification, operation, integration, maintenance, security, and implementation of services for the as-fielded NMCI network.
* Collaborates with the Network Operations Center, Network Administrators, and the Network Engineering Team to define and/or continuously improve:
* Network Security Appliances (i.e., DMZ, VPN, Firewalls, WAN, Cisco ASA/Firepower solutions).
* Test and Validate Automation and best practice insertion opportunities.
* Leads development of Network SOPs/TTPs.
* Continuous Service Improvements (CSI).
* System performance tuning and enhancements.
* Create and maintain Engineering Implementation Plans (EIP).
* Plans and executes network upgrades and maintenance activities with the NMCI Operations Manager, NOC Lead, Release Management team, and other key stakeholders.
* Tier III escalation support and vendor engagement supporting Incident Management activities.
* Active participation in Root Cause Analysis for Problem Management activities.
Secondary Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and pre-STIGs to maintain secure and compliant network configurations.
* Develop and maintain Enterprise Infrastructure Planning (EIP) documentation to support network design, implementation, and lifecycle management.

MRR MFLC responsibilities include:
Face-to-face counseling to military service members and their families (individual, couples, family, and children).
Recommending appropriate referrals and handoffs based on your experienced differential clinical skills to military and community resources according to the needs of military service members and their families.
Offer presentations to address social skills development and social emotional learning that is crucial for childhood early development.
Build rapport with service members, spouses, and children by attending installation and community events.
Help families and children with challenges that are particular to the military community, transitions, reoccurring moves, frequent separations, deployments, and more.
Environment: At the direction of the Department of Defense (DOD), duties are performed in multiple indoor locations (approximately 60%) and outdoor locations (approximately 40%). The indoor locations are located within a military installation, a school setting, or a child development center (CDC) setting controlled by the DOD. The outdoor locations frequently involve traversing over uneven grassy, gravel, and/or dirt areas, ascending/descending stairs, and exposure to the weather. CDC settings frequently involve sitting on the floor to interact with children for up to two hours at a time. As a Mission Ready Reserve MFLC, you may experience various environments depending on the assignment.
Minimum Requirements:
A master's degree or higher in the Behavioral Health Professions (MS/MSW/MA/PhD).
The candidate must hold a valid independent license in the mental health field from any US state or territory (LCSW, MFT, LPC, Psychologist).
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to pass a basic background check for employment, a Child National Agency Check, and Inquiries (NACI/CNACI) clearance, commonly called a Public Trust clearance.

Basic Qualifications
