Vladimir Sorokin is a graduate of St. Petersburg State University of Trade and Economics (Engineering) and the Higher School of Economics (Finance).

Vladimir Sorokin started his career in 1994 at Gillette and has had a number of top leadership positions at both Russian and international retail and FMCG companies. In 2013, Mr. Sorokin joined the X5 Retail Group where he became the General Director of the Perekrestok Supermarkets. In 2019, he joined Magnit as the Deputy Chief Executive - Commercial Director and a member of the Management Board.

Dmitry has over ten years of experience in strategy consulting for international companies. Before joining Lenta, Dmitry was an associate partner in McKinsey’s Moscow office, where he focused on strategy and marketing projects for Russian and international retailers and FMCGs. Prior to that, Dmitry worked at Oliver Wyman, advising companies on consumer related strategy and operational topics. Prior to consulting, Dmitry worked with Aon Benfield Securities, RBC Capital Markets, and Manulife Financial.

Dmitry has an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Toronto.

Prior to joining Lenta, Sergey worked at Prosveshcheniye education holding, where he led information technologies and the development of digital products. Prior to Prosveshcheniye, Sergey held various positions at M.Video-Eldorado Group. He also led projects for different business functions, including the transformation of the IT department.

Sergey holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Higher School of Economics.
