Sipes also serves on the board of directors of PandaDoc, an all-in-one document automation company that streamlines the process of creating, approving, and eSigning proposals, quotes, and contracts. Sipes holds a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of California, Berkeley.

Before joining Sprint, he served in senior-level executive positions at Clearwire, Alltel Wireless, Western Wireless and McKinsey & Company. While at McKinsey, Dow developed strategy and marketing engagements for various industries, including telecommunications, software, automotive and commercial aviation. Dow graduated from the University of Colorado (Boulder) and earned his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill).
