Performs general duties within established guidelines. Provides routine client case management services, program support services and related work for persons with Developmental Disabilities, Chemical Dependency or Severe and Persistent Mental Illness under supervision by performing the following duties. No supervisory duties. Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Education and/or Experience: Any combination of education and work experience equivalent to a high school diploma and two years of work experience with people with severe or persistent mental illness or two years of college. Must have current valid driver's license. May travel as a part of daily duties.
