Reporting to the Area Manager, the Floating Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of an individual store within his/her assigned area. Under the general supervision of the Area Manager, the Floating Manager assumes the operational duties of a Store Manager. He/she will provide leadership, daily support, and direction to the staff within the assigned locations.
Essential Responsibilities
All job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures and all other legal regulations and requirements. Essential responsibilities include the following. Other duties maybe assigned as needed.
Ensure company bookwork is completed correctly and in a timely manner. Prepare bank deposits, reconcile tills and daily cash, troubleshoot and research errors.
Manage inventory levels, stock counts, and inventory controls. Oversee ordering and deliveries as needed.
Enforce company standard for quality, customer service, and health and safety.
Respond to customer complaints and comments.
Make regular tours of the property, talk to team members and customers, identifying urgent issues and solve them. Communicate with Store Manager or Area Manager any outstanding issues.
Ensure the store keeps a high level of cleanliness, delegate tasks as needed.
Keep a focus on food quality and preparation.
Communicate and implement new policies and promotions to the team when necessary.
Order and return product, manage invoices, troubleshoot and research errors, as needed.
Verify/Finalize timecards for employees and approve paid time off as needed.
Occasional local travel between assigned stores.
Support all roles and responsibilities within designated store and lead by example.

an experienced Drafting Manager to lead and oversee the drafting and submittal process from engineered plans through production-ready drawings. This role is responsible for coordinating approvals, managing workloads, training and developing a drafting team, and ensuring production drawings meet specifications, quality standards, and manufacturing capabilities.
The Drafting Manager will collaborate closely with engineers, contractors, sales, production, and leadership to meet deadlines, resolve issues, and support efficient manufacturing. This position reports directly to the VP of Engineering and Design.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management
Assign and prioritize work to the drafting team based on skill sets and project needs
Establish and communicate project timelines and submittal target dates to internal teams
Manage, train, and hold drafting staff accountable for performance and deadlines
Troubleshoot production drawing issues with plant personnel to ensure products are built accurately and efficiently
Ensure all submittals comply with specifications, standards, and customer requirements
Review and improve drafting processes, procedures, and quality control standards
Develop and maintain drawing templates and documentation standards
Assist with training plant personnel on reading and interpreting production drawings
Submittals & Takeoff
Interpret civil site utility drawings, specifications, and blueprints
Translate customer and engineer plans into accurate product-specific submittal and production drawings
Identify and resolve discrepancies between design plans and production capabilities
Maintain organized project submittal files and track approval status
Release approved production drawings to the plant as required
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and attention to detail in all drawings
Procurement Coordination
Procure special embedded or non-stock materials required for production
Ensure purchasing decisions align with company guidelines and best value (cost, delivery, quality)
Communicate potential procurement delays or issues to internal teams and customers
Additional Responsibilities
Support website and social media initiatives related to drawings and visual materials
Participate in the company safety program
Assist with implementation of the Titan software platform
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Associate's Degree or Drafting Certification from an accredited institution (required)
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and tools
Proficiency with CAD software, SolidWorks, Titan, and related design tools
Experience managing drafting workflows and teams preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Ability to balance technical expertise with leadership and creativity
