Tim Miller joined the Lime Rock Resources team in 2005 to lead the operations function and is now Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. He leads all daily operations, drilling and other operational improvement projects, land management, and geology efforts across all Lime Rock Resources funds. He has over 25 years of diverse executive, field management, and engineering experience in oil and gas operations in the United States. From 1984 until 2005, Mr. Miller worked at the El Paso Corporation and Coastal Oil and Gas Company before it merged with El Paso in 2001. In 1994, after 12 years working as a petroleum engineer, Mr. Miller took on increasingly larger managerial responsibilities at Coastal and El Paso. He eventually rose to El Paso’s Vice President, Texas Gulf Coast Division, responsible for all of the company’s operations in the area. Mr. Miller is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Rolla (B.S.) with a degree in petroleum engineering and Oklahoma City University (M.B.A.).

Jonathan Hickman is a Chief Engineer at Lime Rock Resources and is based in Spring, Texas. He has worked as Asset Manager - Permian Region at Lime Rock Resources, Reservoir Engineer at Lime Rock Resources, and Senior Engineer at EXXON MOBIL CORP. Jonathan studied at University of Texas At Austin between 2006 and 2008 and Texas A&M University between 1998 and 2002.

Townes G. Pressler Jr. is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Lime Rock Resources and is based in Houston, Texas. He has worked as Managing Director at Lime Rock Partners, Senior Vice President at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, and Board Member at COR4 OIL CORP. Townes works or has worked as Board of Directors at Episcopal High School, Board of Directors at Small Steps Nurturing Center, and Board of Directors at The Heritage Society.
