Job Summary The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading a maintenance team to work injury-free/incident free in a manufacturing environment. They will provide leadership and direction for their team in a way that motivates them to meet goals related to repairing plant equipment, minimizing downtime, and meeting safety goals. They are driven to continually improve performance and embrace changes that will help their team and company meet these goals, while working in conjunction with the production and management teams. Job Location This position is based in our facility in Raleigh, NC.     This position is responsible for the effective direction and leadership of the Evendale Manufacturing Plant maintenance department as well as driving continuous improvement activities throughout the organization.     The Maintenance Technician serves as maintenance technician for the community association and reports to the Lead Engineer and Community Manager. Closely monitors, identifies and communicates problems in every phase of general maintenance of the building(s), including areas of carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, mechanic, painting, flooring, patching, general hardware, other minor building repairs and cleanliness.
