Mr. Smith received a B.A. in Business Administration from Grove City College.

Leo Tucker serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Aptean. As CMO, Mr. Tucker leads the global marketing team and is responsible for driving the strategy, corporate positioning and integrated marketing campaigns to elevate the awareness and demand for Aptean's solutions. Prior to joining Aptean, Mr. Tucker served as SVP of Global Marketing at PGi with responsibility for demand generation, base marketing, marketing communications, partner marketing, product marketing, field marketing, and sales enablement. While at PGi Mr. Tucker also held the positions of SVP North American Marketing and SVP Product Marketing and Sales Enablement. Prior to joining PGi, Mr. Tucker owned Perform Ventures LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in marketing strategy for technology companies. Perform Ventures was engaged to provide product marketing strategy, and more specifically for industry-specific messaging and sales assets where appropriate.
