The staff isn’t trained properly including the director. I saw a lot of yelling at the children and time outs. The most upsetting was seeing the children be restricted from playing with toys. Avianna a teacher there is the worst one and she has trained half the staff. She shouldn’t be a teacher and the director needs to stop being friends with her coworkers. They are slacking and for the price it’s just a high quality daycare with no curriculum. The children don’t have a calendar or ABCs up in the classroom. They do a lot of hand art which isn’t creative or self made by the children. The staff is lazy and doesn’t know how to properly take care of their children.

Nothing as far as I saw they aren’t doing their job by having that director run the daycare. She is just as bad with the no no no. I believe in never saying no to a child. Everything is a teachable moment and those teachers aren’t doing right by those children. You are failing your job at not making sure every school is up to par.

Train the teachers more on how they should be teaching and what. Also, the cots on the beds were unassigned and children were bed hoping. Which I find to be discussing and unhealthy. The beds should be assigned and only that child uses it for the week.

I am a great teacher so it just came naturally and also I have had a lot of training.
