We provide training, support, and 1-on-1 mentorship to our agents in this 100% remote role. Warm leads are available - there is NO COLD CALLING. We provide all the back office support, processes, and technology. You bring the integrity, work ethic, and coachability. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is 100% commission-based. Responsibilities Potential clients are requesting information by either filling out a form via direct mail, calling a 1-800 number, or completing an online ad on one of many social media platforms. Agents text and/or call to set up appointments to meet with prospective clients via Zoom or phone to help them apply for the coverage. Many applications for clients are taking 10 minutes or less, with instant decision results. Match clients with appropriate insurance solutions (mortgage protection, life, final expense, retirement, etc.) Full time agents put in 5-10 hours on the phone, 10-20 hours running appointments, and 5-10 hours on administrative tasks & training calls. The Compensation The average sale on a beginning contract pays between $600 - $800. Full-time agents write an average of 3-7 sales per week* Agents can earn a 5% raise every 2-3 months. There are no quotas. Compensation is 100% commission-based and varies by performance.
