Northrop Grumman Defense Systems Sector will be seeking a Principal Property & Asset Management Analyst to join our Sector Property organization. This position will be considered a remote position and may follow a 9/80 work schedule.
The ideal candidate will lead/support Government/Customer Property Compliance, Policy, Self Assessments and related functions for Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS). This position will report directly to the Director of Government Property for NGDS. This position will work with multiple focal points across the DS Sector that will rely on the leadership of this compliance position.
Support internal and external property assessments and analyze results for compliance to FAR/DFARS and Sector procedures; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy.
Responsibilities:
Lead/support the scheduling, conducting and adjudication of Self Assessments (SAs) and provide resulting assessments and recommendations.
Issuing iCARS [Internal Corrective Action Reports] as necessary and seeing iCARS through Corrective Action Plan (CAP) closures.
Report to sector executive leadership on progress and status of SA's and general health of DS sector property compliance that will include trends and issues confronting the sector.
Assist with responses to DCMA CARS (Levels 1-3) and corresponding CAPS.
Tracking all audit activities both internal and external for the Sector
Assist property personnel across DS sites, as necessary.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with 3 years of relevant experience or master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience in property (U.S. Government/DoD/Commercial) administration; or 1 years of relevant experience with a PHD We will also consider 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Thorough knowledge of the FAR/DFARS related to property administration.
Knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.
Ability to obtain/maintain Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance
Ability to travel 15% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of & ability to use SAP/S4.
National Property Management Association (NPMA) membership
NPMA certifications (CCPS, CPPA, CPPM)

Primary Level Salary Range: $77,800.00 - $116,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Roles and Responsibilities
Management of a team responsible for activities that coordinate process and operations across the global supply chain network.

Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data

Position Responsibilities:
Integrate with teams that analyze resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, and functions; and prepare financial EACs for contracts or programs
Develop performance reports; lead integration of variance analyses and provide clarity on operational and financial performance to senior management
Recommend financial performance projections to senior management using financial and business knowledge and experience
Lead analysis of key performance indicators to improve process cycle time, quality, and timeliness
Partner with business-facing functions by leveraging relationships and communication skills to develop guidance and drive functional integration for compliant global operations
Train, mentor, and review junioranalysts' work via peer reviews; identify knowledge gaps and implement training to address them.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
3+ years of experience in a business-related function (including, but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement, Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)
3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience creating executive-level presentations using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience working as a collaborative change agent
Ability to communicate and drive changes with multiple stakeholders
Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate information in senior leadership briefings and explain the “why”
Experience leading teams and/or projects, formally or informally.
Project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Proven ability to drive and lead the implementation of process improvements
Experience working in a fast-paced, geographically diverse team environment
Experience with forecasting, resource planning, Estimates at Completion (EAC), or cost management
Ability to work across functions and represent finance effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, both virtually and in person
